Urgent prayer needed

Hello all.We have been so blessed in being able to purchase the home we are now in.We have signed all of the papers and the final papers from escrow is being held up because the quoted closing price has jumped up to almost twice as much.Something like added expenses that was overlooked.Of course we are devasted.I do not argue the charges,my prayer is if this is the way or the money we need to have to close,pray that God will intervene.We are trusting God because we have done all that we have had to do.Pray that God will continue to show His faithfulness and when we have exhausted all,that He will step in and do What He does,the impossible.Pray that we will stand true to His words and continue to speak the money needed to come to pass.We are supposed to close on Dec.28th,2006 and if we go beyond this date,We'll have to pay a rent fee for staying because it would have gone pass the closing date.I have seen God move in impossible situations,but sometimes in the natural,we grow weak and get anxious.We just need some brothers and sisters who are prayer warriors to pray and stand with us and watch God move.Thanks for all of your support and prayers.Be Blessed. bjc

Father,in the name of Jesus. I pray that you will intervene in the behalf of this family. Allow the closing to take place on Dec 28,2006.

I pray that some other financials be adjusted to rectify
for this mistake on the part of this company.

Great is your faithfulness! You shall finish what You started O God, and these people shall get their needs met! They shall suceed super successfully in finalizing the deal of this house. You would not bring them this far, only to to let them go now! Provide for them father! They are more than conquerors! They shall have great victory! In Jesus name I pray, Amen!

uhhhhhh....no. They quoted you one amount, which you agreed upon in writing. To jack up the cost by almost double is fraud. Get a lawyer!
Don't be devastated- be mad! (Motivated And Determined) If they think that you are "in love" with the house, they know you will just suck up those "overlooked costs and expenses" and create a financial problem by overextending yourselves. They KNOW what they are doing! They do this paperwork hundreds of times over, they don't "overlook" anything.
You can get out of this- yes- it is JUST a house. I know- moving stinks. But a lie is a lie is a lie. They should either deal with their bookkeeping error or let you out of the deal. Don't pay one cent of rent!
Get a lawyer. Sometimes the threat of getting a lawyer is enough to make them straighten up and fly right. Don't take this lying down.



Dear Lord,
I ask that the truth be revealed in this situation. Please bring clarity to the paperwork and burden those who are trying to defraud these buyers to do the right thing. Thank You, Lord. Amen.

Hon, pray, be still, and be quiet while God handles this. No date is etched in stone. Wait upon God in this matter. Don't jump in right now.

Most Precious Heavenly Father, we life up BJC. We ask that You breathe peace upon her spirit. We ask that You intervene in this situation and give her a word of knowledge on how to proceed. Give her the peace that comes with knowing Your will in this and the direction she should take. We pray that no harm befalls her. We pray that any error will be discovered and corrected, and that any fraud will stand out in the light of truth. We thank You, Precious Lord, for Your guidance, for Your love, and that You watch over and care for us always.!!!! In Jesus' name I pray. Amen

Do you have a Realtor representing you?

Your bank? Anyone?

Get someone to look over your paperwork before you pay them anything at all.

This is a very important thing and can mess you up for a long time if it isn't done right.

Thank you so much for praying for us in buying our new home.God supernaturally moved on our behalf and we were able to close escrow on Jan 2,because of the holidays.I can't begin to tell you of this awesome feeling that my husband and I feel right now.Also,we have already received a check from the deal for almost $1,300 which too was a surprise and a blessing.Nobody can tell me Prayer does not change things and move the hand of God.He is so Faithful and He loves his children so very much.Thanks again for all of you who shared your faith and prayed for and with us.
