A small miracle of the season, your prayers were with me!

My husband and I were out last evening doing some last minute Christmas shopping.

We were in a small and crowded toy store and in the shuffling of my purse and packages I dropped my wallet on the floor without realizing it!

We had walked blocks and blocks back to a parking garage and up to the third level when I realized my wallet was gone.

After the quick and frantic search of purse, pockets and packages we remembered our last stop at the Toy store.

When I arrived back at the store the employee (bless her heart) handed it to me intact. She had spotted it on the floor and put it away.

I was so thrilled (hysterical!) that I am not sure how well I thanked her. I will go by today.

That was a real moment of Christmas cheer!

Best wishes to you, Jerry & Jan & Shawn, for a wonderful Holiday Season.
Thanks again for all you do for us.
I can't tell you what it has meant in my life, and in the lives of my family.
God bless you as you serve,
Rachel R

Thank You My Friends.

Hello my friends...
I just wanted to see if any are having a good Christmas season

Oh by the way

On Christmas day December 25th at 7:00pm I will be holding a birthday party prayer meeting for Jesus at the Sanctuary in Yelm.

I have asked almost every pastor I have ever been with to have a short birthday party for Jesus on Christmas day. I have always been turned down. This year Jesus reminded me I have my own pace to meet.

So if any of you want to join me you are welcome.
It will be at
14062 Yelm Hwy SE
just outside of Yelm

Find hwy 510 going to Yelm
that is exit number 111 on Hwy I-5
Go east about 9 miles
You will see mile marker 13
It is about 1/2 mile past there on the left side

Big black gate
hard to see
on the left side
house is behind the trees

Does anyone think this is a good idea....????

What time?

if it is in the evening I may be able to come.

UMMM........ Never mind... I found the time... I will ask Chuck and see what he says.

Good morning my friend
Merry Christmas

I see you did not get much sleep

But is am happy to see you

I am so glad I will not be alone.
It almost seems like killing a sacred cow.
Don't I know you can't do anything on Christmas day.
I think satan is scared someone just might really
do something on Christmas for the Christ in the Christmas.

Does anyone know what the first ever Christmas gift was?

I know, I just want to see is any of you know....

Posted by: akabezalel

I never get any sleep at night you should know that by now Jerry!

Here it is nearly 9am though and I am headed up for some sleep.

I will talk to Chuck when he gets in from work at 3pm, we have plans already for Christmas afternoon but I do not know if he has plans for the evening, he usually springs things like that on me with an "Oh, by the way..." so I will ask today.

Wasn't Jesus the first Christ-mas gift? or are we talking 3 hundred years later when 'Christ mass' was instituted?

Hi Pastor, Sis and all others-

I'd come if possible. And have a close friend who would love to meet you as well. I pray that all of us and the whole "Body" come back to the foundational reason for celebrating Christmas. The Birth of our liberation from eternal seperation from God and condemnation of sin.

I will be praying, so will be there in spirit.

God Bless and Merry Christ Mas to all of you.

Hi Jerry!

I spoke with Chuck and other family members and there was a change of plans they did not inform me of... seems we will be in Roy on Christmas day which means...

YES, Chuck and I will be in Yelm for the party unless something happens that delays us in Roy which I do not see happening. I will call Shawn if we cannot make it for some reason to let you know.

I think there is more the chance that we will be looking for somewhere to spend a couple hours in Yelm after leaving Roy and before the party. I hope Yelm doesn't roll up the streets entirely and the Denny's is still open on Christmas.

I may be able to talk my daughter Becky and her boy friend Lundy into coming for a short time since we are going down to spend the day with Lundy's Dad. I may have Wesley too if that happens.

So that is at least 2 and possibly 5 to come to the party.

Should I bring anything?

Merry Christmas , Jerry, Jan and Shawn. Have a wonderul, blessed Christmas!

Hmmm, Christmas is pretty packed up here....but that's an awesome idea. We are going to see "The Nativity Story" on Christmas Day, which will be way cool. Our church always has a Christmas Eve service, so that's tonight.

I'm praying in gas money for the 30th. That's my day off, so I could come. It's also my birthday, and that would be an awesome birthday present! My sister said she would drive me if I could come up with gas money.

Praise the Lord...

Please tell your sister that if she will drive you there I will give you the gas money.

Merry Christmas Jerena.

For those of you interested I will be holding a Christmas evening birthday service at the sanctuary Christmas day at 7:00pm. Almost every church is closed Christmas day so I thought as least one of His houses should wish him Happy Birthday.

Merry Christmas to the rest of my Friends

She said, "Okay, I'll drive us there." Her van takes a lot of gas -- BIG tank, low milaege....that's why it's even a bigger stretch for us to get the money.
Unless we can borrow a car from my niece, who will sometimes do that and drive the van to work.

P.S. My PayPal account is not current, because we moved so fast, I never updated anything. I am not sure what my password was, but I do remember the email address. I believe the new address has to be current and everything has to match letter for letter with your bank account info for PayPal to work.

Posted by: JeriRose12

I successfully updated all my PayPal info. I DID remember my password. One night, I spent many minutes trying email/password combos, and they wouldn't let me on.

My sister says I should be able to do what I want on my birthday, so she is happy to bring me.

Let's Just Praise the Lord....
Jan & I are so happy to be able to see you in person

I will try and paypal the gas money.
If we have any problems I will give it to you when you get there.
Would $50.00 be enough, if not I will give you more?

My sister's van gets about twelve miles to the gallon, so she said we probably seriously need about that much. I can't thank you enough for doing this for me! I so want to see you guys, too. On days when I work the next day, Yelm is just so far. Thanks for help. I love you guys!!! But words can't say enough....

Dear Jerena:

Thank you so much. Jan and I look so forward to seeing you at the meeting on Saturday at 2:00pm

By the way anyone else who would love to have an afternoon with me and my family you are also invited.

We will be holding an open house at 2:00pm on Saturday the 30th of December at
Bill and Alex's house in Yelm.

Directions are on the home page.

We will be serving a small buffet showing some film of the miracles from the meetings and just having good fellowship and friendship.

Because the meetings can get so intense I thought this would be a good way of getting to know one another.

I really hope to see you there
dress is casual, jeans etc.

Pastor Jerry

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You,

for catching my mistake. It is the 30th of December at 2:00pm

I don't know what I would do without you.

Praise the Lord for you, Jerry. I saw the money had been sent via PayPal. Can hardly wait to see you guys. I don't own a pair of jeans (I know, I'm an oddity), but will be causual for me. Love, prayers and best wishes! Just don't know what else to say, as "Thanks" doesn't seem like enough for all you do.
