My 19 year old son David just had his girlfriend of one year tell him that she no longer wanted to date him. He is devastated. He spent all of his time with her, and now has lost her, and is out of touch with his friends. He is hurt and frustrated, and is verbally taking out some of his frustrations on me, causing dissention in our family - especially upsetting my husband (his father) who was out of town when everything happened.
We need healing and protection for David and prayer for our family. Thanks.

Dear Lord, I pray for Your hand of comfort on David.
I give you His agonies, tears and pain of being left by his first serious love.
Wrap your love about him and let thy love fill his entire being.
Let Your love soften his heart that he may treat his family with love and care. In the Name of Jesus Christ I have prayed amen.

Lord, I lift up David to you. I pray he will not do anything rash or try to get his ex-girlfried jealous. I pray he will reach out to you and will even be relieved this relationship is over. I pray you would give him a vision for the future. If this couple is to reunite, i pray they would do it in God's timing. I pray he will forgive her for hurting him and that you would bless him in the future with the one perfect for him Thank you Lord in Jesus name. Help his also to be nicer to his family and realize they just care about him.

I just ask Your comfort and healing for Daniel and for his family. Please bring peace into this situation and walk with daniel through the grieving process. Thank You, Lord. Amen.
