I seem to be losing my faith. I am depressed and have panic disorder. I continue to pray for Jesus to reveal himself to me. Please pray for me.

Jesus HAS revealed himself to you! In the Bible.

If you pour the Bible into your life, you will find the Jesus that you are looking for.

Read it, listen to it, copy it by hand into notebooks, but find a way to get the Bible into your mind and into your spirit.

The enemy of your soul will try to convince you not to do this.

The laziness of your life will produce an endless number of excuses why this is impossible.

You will have to fight like a tiger for yourself and your sanity on this one.

Go for it.

"God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: For in him we live, and move, and have our being...."
Acts 17:24-28 KJV

"Make me to hear joy and gladness....Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit."
Psalm 51:8-12 KJV

"...I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."
Philippians 4:11-13 KJV

I stand in agreement with all the answers posted herein and pray that the Lord our God will give peace of mind and heart that transecends understanding.

May He show Himself afresh in your life that your faith in Him may be strengthened.

May His perfect love for you cast out all fears, anxieties and depressions.

May the Lord quicken you and fill you to brim with His Spirit.

I truly believe that we are saved by the grace of God and sending his son to die for our sins was truly the ultimate sacrificial gift to his children. I'm not sure if you are a parent, but I am and as a human, if I give a gift of love to my children, I do not take it back. I may chastise (admonish/correct) him/her for bad behavior at times but I never take back a gift. If we as humans love our children so much, do you not believe that our heavenly Father would do less? His love is all powerful and is limitless toward his children...you must have faith in that love, the sacrifice he made for you through the blood shed by his son. The enemy if you remember, in the book of Genesis, always tries to take away what God bestows to his children. When Eve told Satan that God forbid her from eating from the tree of knowledge or she would surely die....the enemy replied:

Genesis 3:4-5
4And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

5For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

The enemy is trying very hard to take as many souls with him because he knows he has lost and will perish. This is his last chance and he isn't playing around. He wants as many of God's children as he can get and he will use every manipulative device he can to obtain his objective.

Pray this prayer if you are not sure that you are saved:

Heavenly Father,
I come to You in the Name of Jesus.
Your Word says, "Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Acts 2:21).
I am calling on You.
I pray and ask Jesus to come into my heart
and be Lord over my life according to Romans 10:9-10.
"If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
I do that now.
I confess that Jesus is Lord, and
I believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead.

I am now reborn! I am a Christian - a child of Almighty God! I am saved! You also said in Your Word, "If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: HOW MUCH MORE shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?" (Luke 11:13).

Father I'm also asking You to fill me with the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, rise up within me as I praise God. I fully expect to speak with other tongues as You give me the utterance (Acts 2:4).

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—

mstinnett-

If you truely want to know for sure you belong to God, say this prayer with me, from your heart to God-

God I admit I am a sinner and admit I have sinned. I ask your forgiveness for this. I pray that you will come into my heart and change it, I believe Jesus, you died on the cross for me and I accept you as my Lord and Savior. In Jesus Name I pray- Amen!!

Now, if you have prayed this from your heart and truely believe in your heart this to be true and you accept this, God will Bless you with Eternal Life and a place with Him forever.

I pray this helps- God Bless!!

May the loving hand of the Lord protect you from the traps and presures of the devil.

May you allow the Holy Spirit leading to open your inner eyes and to help you chart out your life in accordance to the will of God.

In the Name of Jeus Christ. Amen
