Peter and Co-worker Filing Grievance Against Kim

Hello Everyone. Peter and his co-worker Angela are under attack! Kim is telling Peter that his work is totally unacceptably slow when she should be thankful that she's got one of the most productive workers on her staff! She also wrote Angela up for being 5 minutes late to work this morning! Angela has also been written up by Kim for abusing leave for having to take her chronically ill son to the emergancy room and other urgent medical care! Kim has threatened to write her up again in the event she does not sign up for sick leave a week in advance. So even if she has a real medical emergancy, she will be written up! Peter and Angela are teaming up to go to the employee relations tomorrow at 11:00 to file a grievance against her. Peter and Angela have to be most ultimately successful in filing a grievance. They cannot be denied! They are in real danger! What Kim is doing is illegal! They have legal grounds for having Kim disciplined for her vile actions. She cannot get away with this severe wrongful treatment of them. I have been praying extra boldly for Peter lately and I believe the devil is mad and is launching more attacks against Peter. We shall win this battle for the battle is God's! We are fighting a spiritual war! Peter and Angela also need extra prayers against their trip to employee relations from being detected! Peter and Angela shall be most ultimately successful in getting this grievance filed against Kim! This shall be one of the most successful endeavors they ever undertake! They will not fail! They shall be listened to and taken seriously! The weapon of detection of their trip to employee relations shall especially fail! It shall be the weapon that is the least prosperous of them all. Satan's use of Kim against Peter and Angela have been totally destroyed and defeated and have all failed in the mighty name of Jesus! I will not step down O God, until You give Peter victory once and for all! We really need Your prayers. Peter is in real danger! Kim's vile behavior has to be stopped! God Bless You All!

Lord, we pray for the best outcome possible in all this. We pray that Your will be done for Peter in all things. If you are wanting to move him on into better things, let that happen. Show Peter his path out of this job. Show him how You would give him something better. If he is to stay in this job, give him favor in this matter of filing a grievence. Lord, really bless Peter in finding a better place to work, better boss to work for, with a better inocme for sure. I pray for Peter to get into something so much less stressful. Most of all, Your will be done, that Peter may grow in the character and image of Christ. In Jesus Name, amen.

Hello everyone. Please pray for a covering over Peter and Angela as they head out to file a grievance against Kim within the hour. The funny thing is that Kim will be busy holding a celebration for diversity on this day.
Peter and Angela need to have the most absolute success, much unlike the request Peter made for the transfer. They have to be heard and listened to. They have to be taken seriously! Peter and Angela shall have the most absolute success at this meeting! They will not get no for an answer! Their grievance filing shall not be denied, refused or rejected! Peter shall recieve the greatest victory in his job yet! I proclaim that Peter and Angela shall be heroes in their officeplace! Many lives shall be delivered! In the name of Jesus! This is what Peter said about Angela copping out.

I am extremely upset. Its already 1:07PM. and Angie completely blew away her opportunity to go to ER to try to fix things. She was not up front with me at all and decided she'd rather go to the stupid office party instead of try to improve her life. Because of her actions, I seriously doubt I will be able to sneak over there today and tomorrow Kim will probably be all over me the whole day. So I think we can forget about any chance of progress until at least Thursday when I'll probably have to go it alone. I cannot trust Angie to stick to her word and work with me in this matter or anything. So I'm very depressed and completely on my own. I have no assurance whatsoever this ER office will take me seriously or do anything since I'm on my own now. I just don't know what to do anymore about this matter. The State Dept. seems to have the deck heavily stacked against employees. We have little or no options here. That's by deliberate design!! I hope to be able to hold out until May or June but that's as far as I think I can go without seriously damaging my health. I hope Uncle Stan can pull off that great one for me, otherwise I don't think we'll have any other option but to leave DC. Please pray, pray, pray!!!!! Love you always. Pete

Please pray for Peter to have most absolute success when he does go at it alone this Thursday. God's angels can do anything! There is nothing impossible with God! Peter will succeed on his own! He does not need Angela. All he needs is the Lord's favor! Please stand in the gap with me and pray for Peter's most absolute success this Thursday and that he is able to go about it without being detected. I just don't understand it. Kim treats Angela worse than she treats Peter, and this is the attitude she has? We have to win this spiritual war! It is a must! God Bless You All!

Bring peace and calmness to this workplace. Lord, You can do what we cannot do. You can quiet a storm. In this storm, Lord, I praise You. Research the Family Medical Leave Act for Angela regarding taking time off for her sick son.
This is retaliatory behavior from Kim for Peter and the other people reporting her before. This is blatantly illegal.

Hello Everyone. Before I even read your posts, I wanted to report that the Lord spoke to my heart Tuesday night and told me that Peter should not pursue the grievance. God will vindicate Peter in his perfect timing. God was also dealing with me about being strong for him and to have peace and strength for myself and to be strong for Peter. God revealed to me that Peter sees life through a fun house style lens that makes small bugs look like monsters. God has still been gracious not to allow Peter to go through more than he can handle, live with or bear. Peter has been so broken and so hurt that the smallest things can hurt him. He has had problems with bitterness and negativity. Peter still needs a victory as far as his employment goes. He still needs to be set free from Kim's clutches. God still wants Peter to be able to stay calm while waiting for a breakthrough like a scared little girl in the emergancy room being comforted and encouraged to stay calm while waiting to be treated and healed from her pain. I knew that I had to give counseling to Peter that would heal his wounded emotions and spirit so that he could thrive while waiting to be delivered from Kim and the corruption in his office. I needed time off of the board to spend time with God and to recover from the stress of the ordeal. I ministered to Peter on Wednesday morning when we woke up. Now Peter is doing better. God has also graciously kept Kim off of his back since as well. I don't know what the future holds. My uncle is supposed to help Peter get a job at the agency that he used to work for. God wanted to see that Peter really wanted to be healed in his spirit first before delivering him in other areas. Now I believe God is moving like never before in our lives. Please do keep us in our prayers. God Bless You All!

I ministered to Peter in such a way that delivered him from his negative mentality and doubts. I praise the Lord so much for that! God gave me the wisdom to minister to Peter with the right words tht would set him free from his mind manipulation! I can't thank him enough!
