The Devil and his hold

The Devil just won't let me find happiness in this Life. Why won't God fight the Devil to save my life?
This depression strangles me. I have huge goals for my life yet I have reached none, why won't God help me.i can't even see out of my own misery to pray for others.

It is not God's job to fight the devil for you.
Jesus already won that battle and he gave us dominion over the enemy.
It is our job to take care of our own garden.
You are waiting to see what God will do.
God is waiting to see what you will do.
You are to take dominion and use the tools that Jesus gave us to manage your life.
The rules work equally well for everyone, but they do not work until applied and applied correctly.
The enemy does not want you to find out who you are in Christ and begin to stand up for yourself.
He wants you to blame God and be angry and hopelessly depressed.
How's he doin'?
God wants you to rise up in the strength and courage given to you by the Holy Spirit and tell that skunk to get lost.
God wants you to manage your Garden of Eden and stop believing the snake.
What did that snake tell Eve? "God is holding out on you and ripping you off." She fell for it and that is how this mess started.
God is not the bad guy.
Refuse to believe it.
You are an eternal being that will rule and reign forever. There is no reason you can't start now.
You are as saved and filled with the Spirit as you will ever be.
Just start creating. How do you create? Just like God creates. You SPEAK what you want into existance.
Please stand up. Please realize who your REAL enemy is.
Don't let that bum kick you around any longer.
He has stolen too much of your time already.
Rise up!
God can't move until you speak your freedom.
Remember, the 'binding' and 'loosing' is YOUR job.

Given the choice, we would all prefer smooth sailings over rough seas. To be precise a garden filled with bright red roses with no single thorn in it!
Men are daily hunting for peace and infinite bliss without involving GOD.
But a number of times, the thorns in our gardens are the tools that God uses to accomplish His purposes in our lives.
As Christian, you must decide whether you want to hang on to the Lord or to slip into the easier path.
If you choose to stay in the Light, God's Grace will assist you to pray your way to victory.
God's beams of Grace into your life will also enable you to stand in gap for others.
AND it is then, that the thing (s) that you desire shall come at last!

I have spent YEARS listening to the people speak on the word of God. There have been so many times when I just wanted to get something that would work. One day as I was seeking God about my life He spoke to me "Faith without works is dead". Sometimes we ask God to bless us and then we wait and we wait and we wait. Sometimes we have to step out into the unfamiliar to walk into our blessing. What I am learning now is that those very blessings that we have been asking God for brings lots of responsibility and sometimes the fight may intensify.
Get out of the house..Let the sun shine on your face...Visit a nursing home...Even when you don't feel like it reach out to others. God is working even when we do not see Him.. It is amazing sometimes what He has to move around in order for us to achieve what we have been asking for... Occupy your time with goodness while you wait. I have learned that life really isn't that difficult. Wake up in the morning and proclaim this is the day that the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glad in it. Declare that today just may be the day when I receive my breakthrough. Lord thank you for today. You would be surprised how all of heaven will honor your praise.

Lord Please help this person see their need to let go of what they want and to seek what it is You want for them in their lives. Lord we don't know the path You have chosen for this person and neither do they but until they are willing to let You lead them down the path You want for them, they will continue to go about wondering why things are not going the way they should. Lord help them see they need to surrender their whole life over to You and let You do the moving and directing and guiding as to what they should be. Lord awaken a humble spirit in this person and allow them to see how they have be selfishly holding themselves back from all the blessings You have to offer them.
