any direct words from the lord for me

i just been feeling depressed lately. i dont know if its from smoking weed on thurs/fri, but just feeling hopeless. it is a bad feeling and when your feeling like this many things and thoughts become irritable. please pray for me.

Dear, dear Quinn,

(You asked for a word, so here goes.)

When you smoke weed you are voluntarily opening your life and spirit to satan and all his demons and workers.

Their job is to steal from you, kill your joy and your peace, and destroy your future.

They make you feel lousy so that you will want to smoke more weed for relief.

Please don't fall for their tricks and pressure and lies.

FIGHT BACK.

Rise up and use the name of Jesus.

Put on the whole armor of God and fight for your own FREEDOM AND LIFE.

The armor consists of:
SO, GET DRESSED!

(Father God wears armor, too. Isaiah 59)

Lord, I bless our brother, Quinn, with strength and courage.

Please help him find his mission in life and his place in the Body of Christ.

Raise him up as a man of God!

Please help him become a blessing to many.

Dearest brother Quinn, when you are depressed already, weed don't do nothing but make you more depressed about your situation. When the 'high' goes, your problems are still there facing you, and you would rather be 'high' than face the problems in front of you. I agree dear brother with what Rachel stated, depression is nothing but the devil to make you stay in that state of mind. Not want joy to shine through and show you that there is a way out. And His name is JESUS. Just call on the blood of JESUS to get you through and HE will provide that key for you to unlock those doors in your life that is locked before you at this present time.

Father God, in the mighty name of JESUS, wash Quinn with the mighty blood of JESUS, anoint his footsteps dear Lord that he shall walk away from the weed and allow YOU totally into his life. Father God, bind the spirit of depression that is surrounding Quinn dear Lord, release and set him from from all negative influences that is surrounding him dear Lord that don't want him to get to that next level of where YOU want him to be at. This I pray in YOUR holy name,Amen,Amen,Amen... Just call on HIS mighty name Quinn, and HE will deliver and set you free. Amen.

  • The belt of truth. It is like a tool or utility belt to hold all the truth we need to fight the lies of the enemy. It is our job to fill that belt with truth from God's Word that we hide in our heart.
  • The shoes of the gospel of peace. They are like boots that leave the footprints of Jesus wherever we go. They also protect us from stumbling and falling. Knowing WHO we are in Christ makes it harder for the enemy to trip us up!
  • The helmet of salvation. It protects your mind, and defends the Mind of Christ that you have been given, from attacks of the enemy. It also filters what you see and hear. I think the microphone and speaker in the helmet keeps us tapped into heaven in prayer!
  • The breastplate of righteousness. To me, this is the bulletproof vest that keeps the enemy from taking us out. It also has the symbol of the cross. When the enemy forces look at that they KNOW whose you are!
  • The shield of faith. To me, this is a force field of protection. Psalm 91:4 To me, it is like a protective firewall that we use in our own defense.
  • The sword of the Spirit. To me, this is using the Words of God in the Bible, and also the words that the Holy Spirit speaks to us. It is a verbal weapon that we use to defeat the enemy, not only for ourselves, but for others.
SO, GET DRESSED!

Lord, I bless our brother, Quinn, with strength and courage.

Please help him find his mission in life and his place in the Body of Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father, Almighty and Merciful God, hallowed be Your most precious name. I come to you in faith and believing in the power of the blood of the cross of Jesus and its wondrous miracle working ability. I stand in complete agreement with these saints in offering prayer for this depressed and confused brother in Christ. All these things we ask in Your Sons most precious holy name, Jesus Christ. Amen
