Supreme Court Upholds Ban on Partial Birth Abortion

Thank You, God, for the members of the Supreme Court who voted to uphold and support the ban on partial birth abortion. Thank You for these members who took a stand for human rights of those whose voice is so tiny and so often unheard. Thank You for seeing that an unborn baby who is 7 or 8 months into life is a BABY HUMAN, and not tissue or a cluster of cells or an "It". At 7 or 8 months' gestation this little person can survive outside the womb. His DNA, while similar to his mother's DNA, is uniquely his own and therefore, he is a separate person, not a thing to be removed and discarded.
We need to support our leaders and politicians who have the backbone and courage to stand up against the flow of moral relativism. We need to let our leaders know that we (Christians) want leadership who aren't afraid to speak up for what's right.
On "The View", Rosie O'Donnell blasted these men who voted to uphold the law. She ranted about how this could set back the women's movement etc etc. We need to let our judges and leadership know that the voices of those who revile family values and Christianity are NOT the majority. The women's movement, while gaining some positive things for women (ie: pay and benefits for working women) is being used by some feminists as a battering ram for their own agendas.

Lord, I continue to cry out against the slaughter of the innocents.
Bring all participants in this horror to their knees and stop it cold.
Remind us that someday history will be appalled that we allowed this to go on around the world unchallenged.
Thank you for this one courageous step.

Defender of the weak and powerless,
I plead the Blood of Jesus on all unborn babies that are at risk of being aborted.
Pease protect Your children from the antics of their selfishness parents.
Shield them also from the meaningless rantings of nihilist pro-abortionists and other sick minds!
Grant that any woman across the globe that is planning to secure abortion will change her mind, ask for Your forgivenes and keep the child.
