It's Raining!

Praise the Lord! He sent us a much needed soaking rain. So far, it's rained over an inch and it is still coming down! I can hear it on my tin roof...a sound I have not heard since March 07.
This will help with the wildfires in our area (south Georgia and north Florida..over 500,000 acres have burned), help reduce the pollen and smoke, and will allow farmers to plant. My garden is weeping with joy!

Oh Lord we thank You for this much needed rain. Lord send enough down to put out all the fires and to give the rain needed for gardens and other things that it is much needed for. Lord we take rain for granted at times but it is a part of everyday living and we need it at times more then at other times. Thank You for supplying this rain at a much needed time.

It is 2:21 PM EST here and it is still raining...Four inches so far and the dry ground is quickly drininking it up. Praise the LORD!
