Feeling discouraged, burnt-out…want to quite.
Please pray God brings the right people for this children’s ministry
and understanding from leadership that I'm overloaded.

Lord, send relief and help to GODS Grace. I pray that she will find the rest and peace she needs as well. We all come to points of burn out (am kind of there now, too). I pray You can send her a break, a way to get away for awhile. . . .and someone to fill in for her while she's gone. Graciously proivde all that she needs to rest, relax, rejuvinate, renew and refuel in You. I ask and pray, in Jesus Name, amen.

Oh, Lord, please rush to help her.
Send her helpers and encouragement.
Remind her that it is YOUR ministry, and when it is time to close it down you will let her know.
Bring support from leadership, and open their eyes.

Isaiah 28:12 12 To whom He said, “This is the rest with which You may cause the weary to rest,” And, “This is the refreshing”; Yet they would not hear.
Lord give your servant some rest and a time of refreshing. Cause her to find a "Gilgal" to retreat back to. Give her a new tongue to build up her spirit and above all, thank you for the work of ministry that you have allowed her to do.
Send more help her way and prepare some assistants for training. Grow her ministry beyond what she is doing now and supply sufficient grace for her level of calling. Thank you Jesus for the gentle and loving spirit that you have blessed her with.
