Mychurch Is In Dire Need Of A Miracle

A member of our church who is married has hit on a lady in the church who is also married. He is obsessed over her. She told our pastor and he confronted this man and has restricted this man from certain activities for a couple of months. This man has denied everything and now him and his wife has started lies about my pastor. He makes distasteful comments in Sunday School. Please pray that God would intervene. Him and his wife is trying to destroy my pastor and his ministry and also, it could destroy the church. Pray for a miracle. I really wish that this couple would leave and go somewhere else and stop the lies. We need a miracle!!!

Lord, I ask you to ship out the troublemakers.

I come against the lies of the enemy and ask that only truth be spoken.

I pray that an outpouring will rush through this church and heal this and wash it all away.

In Jesus' Name, Amen.
I think we should make a rule that no Christian be allowed to attend the same church for more than three weeks in a row.

It would keep us all moving and solve a lot of this stupid stuff.

We would all get to know each other better and the gifts would flow more freely.

I think it is workable!

Father God, speedily still the wagging tongues in Your Garden.

Bring the holders of the lethal tongues to repentance!

Hurl them out of the Your Church if they refuse to heed Your warning to repent.

Turn their counsel into foolishness as You turned Ahithophel's when he conspired against Your servant David.

Throw a wall of protection about the shepherd of Your flock in this Church. Give him peace, unshakable faith and courage to boldly preach and proclaim Your Word.

Lord I first of all lift up this couple to you. I pray you would bless them and strengthen them in their walk with you. Please help them to forgive if the man was wrongly accused. If he does have a problem with lust please set him free and help him not to feed it in anyway. I lift up the person who submitted this request. I ask you give them the ability not to worry (if they are) and I thank you that you bless them for their willingness to hold the Pastor and his family up to you in prayer. I thank you they are not selfish in that. I pray for the Pastor. I pray that weather he handled the situation rightly or wrongly you would give him your direction and the grace to see this trial through. I ask your blessing and protection on this whole congragation. I pray for the women who spoke up. I pray she would not be under any kind of judgment or attack. I pray she would also refrain from speaking evil against this man. I ask you bless her for speaking up so that it would not happen to another and it put the old nature of this man in check. In Jesus name. amen

Heavenly Father, almighty and eternally merciful God of our fathers, blessed be Your holy name. I come to You in faith and believing with a heavy heart asking for You to intervene in the matter of this sister's church family and the falsehood that threatens to injure Your loved ones. You know all the details and the parties involved. You know their hearts and their thoughts even before they do. You've told us in Your Word that any lie cannot survive the light and I ask that You would shine Your righteous light of justice on this matter and make known to all, the truth. Heal the wounded and offended spirits of the members of this congregation and bless each of them with a spirit of forgiveness towards one another. Restore the blessed fellowship of their spiritual family and community and free them of any bitterness or resentment. I claim the promise and victory of Jesus over all that I've asked and I pray and ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, amen and amen. YBIStC - Jon Henry

Lord,
I ask that you deal with those who are spreading these lies about the pastor. I ask that you protect him from this dishonesty and expose those who have lied on him. I also ask that those who do such things repent of their wicked ways. In Jesus' name, Amen.

This pastor needs to send this couple on their way. No ifs, ands or buts.

Lord Jesus have Your way with this situation. Stop the chaos we pray!

I agree: that dear Lord give the pastor grace to administer discipline in the body of Christ as per Paul’s instructions.

I come against spirit of division in the body of Christ. Lord heal the wounds of the righteous children and weed out those causing confusion. I pray for anointing in this ministry and operation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, In Jesus name

My husband & I were recently in a similar situation that required church discipline. The Lord gave us this scripture for that situation and I felt to share it with you.

Jer 15:19 Therefore this is what the LORD says: "If you repent, I will restore you that you may serve me; if you utter worthy, not worthless, words, you will be my spokesman. Let this people turn to you, but you must not turn to them.

Jer 15:20 I will make you a wall to this people, a fortified wall of bronze; they will fight against you but will not overcome you, for I am with you to rescue and save you," declares the LORD.

Jer 15:21 "I will save you from the hands of the wicked and redeem you from the grasp of the cruel."


Father, thank you for a pastor that will stand for truth and stand on your word to protect the flock you have given him. I pray your conviction on this couple and that you would bring them to a place of repentance and reconciliation. I also pray your protection over this pastor and his people. Continue to give him wisdom on how to judge this situation rightly. Most of all give the people of this church your peace. Let them rest in the knowledge that their pastor is dealing with the situation. Let Your truth come to the light!
