Does God move those that are saved, not to pray for others at certain times?
If so, why?

Thanks

God's word tells us to pray about everything...
I have had God tell me to pray "surrender" prayers for other people.
That is when you place that person on the alter of God like Abraham and Issaic.
Placing them into God's loving care.
Hope that helps! Grace

TrinityLove-

No, He would never ask us to do that. Rather, He may change what we are to pray about for a particular person. Example-

My best friend was very overweight and suffered an attack of pickwickia- (collapsing of esphigas- throat). We prayed while taking him in, that God would save his life, as he couldn't breath and was sufficating.

God answered our prayers with one of my closest friends- a "meatball surgen" they called them in Korea and Vietnam wars. Saved his life with a pocket knife and part of an ink pen, right at the admittance counter

After he recovered enough to come home, he relaxed while his cousin and I did all farm chores. Later he came back to helping us some, then nearly lost his arm at the shoulder to a PTO shaft. His sister-inlaw, a registered nurse he caled and she patched him up again.

Now, they'd drained alot of weight off him, but still needed a couple hundred punds off him, so we prayed for this, but he faultered, went back to candy and ice cream gained back most the weight and suffered another pickwickia attack.

When we started to pray this time, we were all touched by God at once to stop and then change our prayer from wanting Marv healed, to our letting him go and God to take him this time.

So, God will never ask us not to pray, but may lead us to change a prayer or pray different about someone or something.

I pray this heps-

God Bless!!
