Faith Is The Currency

There is a generation of disciples that are determined to walk in the ways of Christ, to walk in the greater works of Christ. It is a generation that determines to know nothing but Christ, nothing but the pure Word and Spirit of God. It is a generation that will not draw back from God, but press forward towards the high call of God. That generation is present on this earth now. We are that generation! Glory!
We are a generation that just will not settle for mediocrity or second best. We are determined to pursue and fulfill the call of God on our lives. We are walking in more revelation than generations past have ever walked in. We can only walk in the amount of revelation we have received, and we have received much in these last days.
In this time we are living in, it is important to come to the revelation that money does not determine our destiny. That money does not determine how much we do in God. Don’t get me wrong, money is important in many areas, but it is not our source to do great things in God. Many let their checkbook limit them in what they do for God, when God has already given them everything they need for life and godliness to fulfill the call of God. God has provided all things for us, and if you dare to believe, you will see yourself making history in God. You will see yourself doing greater works that you never dreamed you could do in God. Do not under estimate your call. Your call impacts all of humankind, whether you know it or not.
Faith is the currency for every desire you have to fulfill the call of God on your life. No matter what God has put on your heart to do, no matter what He has asked you to do, know matter how impossible it may seem, He has made provision for that very thing.
Although Jesus had money and was well to do financially, He chose not to use money to buy bread for the multitudes. Instead He chose to do a greater work and multiply what was in His midst.
John 6:5-7 Then Jesus lifted up His eyes, and seeing a great multitude coming toward Him, He said to Philip, "Where shall we buy bread, that these may eat?" 6 But this He said to test him, for He Himself knew what He would do.
7 Philip answered Him,"Two hundred denarii worth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one of them may have a little."
NKJV
Phillip immediately responds that they have two hundred denari, but that it will only feed each person a little. We see here Jesus is not really wondering where the money is to buy bread for the people. So they HAD money to buy the people food, but lets look at the word “little”. Money will only get you a little result. Money will never get you an un-limited result in God, and God is all about “no limits”. Money always runs out my friends yet faith NEVER runs out. Faith will buy you what man cannot buy for you. Faith will buy you what the world can never do for you. Faith is the currency in doing great things in God! God’s supply is always unlimited, and the currency to access this unlimitedness is always FAITH. Glory! Faith is not just “believing” in something, but “knowing” you have already received it. Faith is truly the substance of what you are believing for.
We then see Jesus make the people sit down and then He gives thanks to the Father for the provision of just a few loaves and fish, and then He began His massive food distribution that fed the people till they were full, and not just a “little”. If they would of gone with their own resources of their 200 denari the people would not of been “filled”. They also had twelve baskets left over to give to the lad who gave his little lunch. Faith will fill what no man can fill. Glory to God!
Jesus didn’t even pay for His own taxes out of His own money! J He sent Peter to go get the first fish out of the water and get a coin out of its mouth! Did Jesus have money to pay His own taxes? Yes! Jesus chose to do a miracle in showing Peter who His source is. It is not money. We cannot serve both God and mammon. Either we serve money or it serves us. Either money rules over us in what we do, or we rule over it. We must rule and reign over our finances and check books, and not to limit us in our God endeavors and call.
John 6:35-40 And Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.
This verse is basically saying, that one who comes to Christ, who comes to the supplying Spirit of God, the unlimited Spirit of God will never run out of what they need. God is the God that never runs out of provision for His sons and daughters. Does that mean that people will not have challenges in their faith? Of course not! If we never had any challenges and opposition to our faith, we wouldn’t even need faith would we? Jesus promises us that while on this earth we will run into trials and tribulations, but they are nothing to fret about because we have the victory in every situation. We meet every challenge with the power of God, as we are born of God and everyone who is born of God is an overcomer of this world.
36 But I said to you that you have seen Me and yet do not believe. 37 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out.
The New English translation says “by no means will turn away”. God will never turn away true faith.
It is also important to know that this is the will of God for us to never run out;
38 For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.
Not only is it God’s will for us to have an unlimited supply in Him, but that we should lose NOTHING! We are to walk as Christ walked. As He is, so are we in this world. If it is God’s will for Jesus to lose nothing, it most certainly is God’s will for us not to lose anything.
39 This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. 40 And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day." NKJV
When the enemy comes at you and opposing circumstances to the call, when the enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy, you let him know that from this point on, “you don’t lose nothing!” You have faith. Faith that is the currency to override any circumstance. Faith is the currency that will buy what money cannot buy. It is the currency that will produce a healing, it is the currency that will produce a miracle when you need it, it is the currency that will send hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of medical supplies and goods to other countries, it is the currency that can lend to nations, it is the currency that will purchase a new kidney, it is the currency that will put food on your table, and gas in your vehicle, it is the currency that will feed multitudes, and set the captive free from addiction, it is the currency that will buy lands, homes and properties, it is the currency that will purchase cargo planes, and ships, to distribute the goods, it is the currency that will buy whole ports of America that will be run by the righteous and not the wicked, it is the currency that will bring the unlimited supply of what you need, when you need it!
Isa 55:1-2 "**! Everyone who thirsts,
Come to the waters;
And you who have no money,
Come, buy and eat.
Yes, come, buy wine and milk
Without money and without price.
2 Why do you spend money for what is not bread,
And your wages for what does not satisfy?
Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good,
And let your soul delight itself in abundance. NKJV
Faith is the currency.
