Buying a house

My husband and I are buying our first house, the whole process is overwhelming. Please pray that we are protected and that we serve God in our home. Pray that God opens the right doors and closes all others.

We put an offer in on a house and it was not agreed upon, although this takes us back to square one, I know God has a reason and I always ask that his will be done. We do not want something that God has not ordained!

Please continue to pray that God directs everyone of our steps so that we find the house for us.

Father God, I stand in the gap of agreement with my dear sister Stephanie with their purchase of their first home. Father God, anoint their foot steps that they may continue on the pathway, anoint those whom they are conducting business with that they shall be righteous and forth coming with the truth with the purchasing of the house dear Lord. Bind all barriers dear Lord, that would other wise have them not being successful in their task in purchasing in this house.Father God, raise a hedge of protection with the blood of JESUS, that their business shall be fruitful and that they shall be much successful in their purchasing dear Lord. Ok, so here is the deal. We did not get the house (and that is ok). We have not found any other house suitable or in our price range. I just received an offer to interview for a great job with a substantial pay raise and benefits, BUT it is over an hour from where I live now.

The interview is on 9/6/07, but my new lease and rent is due on 9/5/07.

So the question is, IF I get the job do I stay in the same area and commute, move to the area, change my daughter's school, find a place to rent, etc. I am not real clear WHAT I am supposed to be doing.

Anyone have a recommendation on scripture reference?

Anoint her pathways dear Lord, that she shall see the path more clearly of where YOU want her and her family to go dear Lord.
