Need a legal/financial breakthrough

My new husband still has his exwife on his house note, (this is a woman who divorced him behind his back in another country and married another man the same weekend...LOSER!!!)
He is trying to refinance and get her name off the deed, but she won't cooperate. She gave up all legal obligations when they divorced, so we will now have to get a lawyer and take her to court, some christian for ya. She has no legal obligations to the houses, the divorce decree says so and it IS signed by her. WE NEED A BREAKTHROUGH, WHATEVER IT TAKES, AND I DO MEAN WHATEVER GOD HAS TO DO. WHATEVER....SHE IS IN THE WRONG AND WHATEVER HE DOES IS OK WITH ME!!!!! 
Isaiah 54:17 NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST US WILL PROSPER AND EVERY TONGUE THAT RISES UP IN JUDGEMENT WE SHALL CONDEMN IT FOR THIS IS MY HERITAGE!!!!

Lord God, we ask that this ex wife would cooperate with them and to move on with life. Let them no longer fight and argue but to love one another as you love us Jesus. I pray that you would work this situation out to good, in your name and to your glory amen.
We also don't war against flesh and blood right? So it isn't her, but the enemy.
