Last night I was surfing the cable network at home, and came across a journalist whom was speaking about how the former president of Mexico was on Larry King's show on 10/8/2007 and how him and George Bush (father) was putting a treaty together to make America and Mexico as well as Canda one country. And that the American dollar was going to be 'useless' for us in the next few years or so and that we will have to make our money like the Euro dollars. And that there is already a treaty in Mexico stating this treaty between Mexico and America and that it was suppose to continue but Bill Clinton had won the election, but now with George Bush (the son) that is why there is so much illegal immigration going on. Because if in fact someone comes here illegally from Mexico and committs a crime there is nothing that America can do due to this 'treaty' that Mexico has with America. Because America is trying to make America, Mexico, and Canda 1 country. The next Mex-Ameri-Canada.
Have anyone else heard this? I never watched this channel before and I saw the actual clips of the former president from Mexico talking about the treaty that Mexico has with America when George Bush (the father) was in office.
Any thoughts to this??? This I kinda of scary don't you think?

I was so stunned by what this former president of Mexico was saying. And saying that making this a 1 nation etc, was in the works ever since the late 80s early 90's. I couldn't believe it but when you step back and wonder why our own government is fighting against freeing the 3 boarder patrol officers whom did their jobs are now in jail for trying to protect themselves against a van full of illegal immigrants coming into America from Mexico. And how the US District Att, is not trying to help these young men whom have families and young children to get out of jail but is helping to keep them in jail by acting like his hands are tied. Probably tied around some money. Sad as it is.

If I were you, I'd put it on a "back burner". There are no substanciated facts to prove these rumors out in public as of yet. And at this point, Biblical facts do not confirm such a "one world government " set up relating to the US as such, but more the "revived Roman Empire". Dan. 2:40-43. 7:7-8,23-25, Rev. 12:3, 13:1-18.
Notice the iron mixed with clay in one, iron teeth of another, the ten horns and ten crowns, etc. The iron mixed with clay, is carried over from the two iron legs- (Roman Empire). But won't be as strong. And Christ, as the rock in Nebecaneezer's dream of the statue, strikes the feet to topple the image.
There has been many attempts in the past by others to dominate the world with one governing power which always failed, as it was not the right Leader, not the right governing power nor the time for it. Hitler tried to produce the "arien race" of perfect people. Not possible. Nor will the others until the right moment.

It makes you think though about allot that is taking place in America. Why would a former president come on television to speak about these 'treaty agreement' and show the documents supporting his claims? What would he possibly gain with us? But I think as things start to 'pick up' as it gets closer to whom will be running for President things are going to come more out in the public about these treaty agreements that America had made with Mexico. I guess all we can do for right now is just 'stay tuned'.

All be it, it is intereting, yet is not exciting to me. America has a multitude of "treaties" with a whole number of differing Countries. No biggie. Those treaties cover a wide variety of reasons, causes, etc. But still, as with other past Leaders who tried to rule over the world and failed, this little note of interest is still not timed right, nor is it of sufficient backing of Biblical proof this will be "it".
Secondly, I still vote for the European Community, of which God shows in His Word, this last "one world Government" will entail having 10 main nations as its foundation, along with 10 kings- (toes on statue's feet, as well as the 10 horns and 10 crowns of the beast in Revelation.) And this is shown in Daniel 7:7-8, 20-24.
Besides, America being the largest Christian Nation in the world fighting for true Biblical Freedom around the world, I hardly think they would be directly involved with that upcoming "one world government".
There have been meetings already before the year 2000 between the European Leaders and the States here in America dealing with changing over eventually to a "code" system to be used in world trade of goods, but that is all so far.
Still that is not of the proportions God speaks of, where every unsaved person will recieve a "mark", not the Country itself. That meeting was with all major manufacturers of the US with either buisnesses in thier Countries, or trades goods back and forth.

This is not a conspiracy theory. It is definatly happening, and is admitted to. Go to you tube and type in (had to delete this, as you need permission for links, etc.) and listen to the CNN anchor tell you about it.
In Texas, where i live, the trans texas toll road is already under contruction. It is a small chunk of a super highway that will reach from South Mexico all the way to Alaska.
P.S. my post was edited, but just google the phrase "North American Union" if you want to learn more about this. The CNN anchor I was refering to was Lou Dobbs, one of the many reporters who has covered this America-ending partnership.

Yes, I know my friend, but as stated before, Biblical proof shows, this will not be the "one world government" of the anti-christ.
The European Community was started by three nations back in the late 1940's or late 50's, where those three signed the new "treaty of Rome". the group called themselves "Benolux" back then. (Dan. 2:33-34, 41-44, 7:7.)
People have tried to claim this is not Biblical, since the number of nations have grown to more than 10. But, God Prophecied there will be more than 10 when it comes to power, as when the anti-christ is publicly known, 3 will be plucked up by the roots- (drop out), and the original 10 will still be in force.- (Dan. 7:7-8,19-21,23-25.)
Notice in the latter Scriptures after v 8, theres still a reference to 10 kings- vs 20 & 24. So, the info here, shows the Biblical referencing the Mexican, American and Canada union do not.
Alittle research into the uniting of these 3 countries is clearly not Biblically important for end time events. Besides, you have world wide groups such as the Alluminati, Free Masons, Nexus (or Nexas), who all are striving to arrive at a "one world government".
So many, as stated before, have tried up to now and surely more will yet come, but all will fail, until all aspects of God's Prophecies are fulfilled to see this happen.
It might do us well to realize also, the media is here to try and sensationalize reports for gaining more listeners and followers, yet Christ declares we are not to pay attention to these falsehoods we will hear of and not get caught up in them. (anti-christs, false prophets, etc).

But some news reports have did research and have proof of all that they are reporting to give the American people something that the government is telling us everything about what is happening with our country. I sometimes feel that when certain people are in power they preach a good sermon before they get into office but once they get into they change up and become greedy. They start to worship that almighty dollar bill. I live in a city that just recently the major was arrested for coruption charges. (Mayor Sammie Riveria- Passaic,NJ) there are tapes of him saying with extra thousands of dollars he can get all the votes he needed. Sad

The thing is, it matters not. God has a plan for Christians. Rather than be alarmed, keep on praying for God to save souls. Whether I live in America or in Mexiamricacanada, God it still on the throne. He is still God. He laughs at the plans of the nations who rage against Him. One world government IS inevitable. The Bible is clear about this. All the nations of the world are going to fight against God and Israel at Armegeddon. So rather than worry when we hear stuff like this, realize that some day the whole world will be united. Until then, work for the night comes when no man can work. That's what Jesus said. And we are to occupy until he comes. The thing we are to do is be about The Lord's work. It does us no good to get worried about things like this. The important thing is to pray that God protects our nation. But, some day, like it or not, the world will be in one government, America included. We do not play a significant part in end time doctrine according to those who study such things. We have outlived all nations (year wise) without crumbling. I don't know how much longer America can last. That's why prayer is so important. Keep asking God to keep our nation free and Christian. In His time, the rest will happen, but our prayers can hold it back until it is His perfect timing for this all to wind down.

The fight to me has just begun. With the government taking 'GOD' out of everything except for money, schools, courts, etc. and put more vile evil into the environment.With so much evil in the government so much coruption. I feel as though Armegeddon is upon us. Yes, I do know that one day we will all be apart of 1 nation. But does that nation means, countries or religion? I guess it all depends on how you look at it. I think once the government is redone over and is a more purified government that is working for the people become the voice of the people of this country, and not for the money from the people of this country and start bringing back religion and not afraid of saying God bless America in the schools, and afraid of having the 10 commandments outside of a court house, or afraid of having the nativity scene in front of your house with out being give a summons because others don't believe in God or the birth of Christ. Then there will be a more unitied front for us all to live as a one nation.

I would disagree for the fact that since God created man and put him on earth, Satan has been working to destroy God's reputation and therefore try to get praise and worship from Him in this world. Satan has done every concievable copy- imitation, to what God has done thru out man's existance.
The battle for us in new areas not existing in times past may be new battles, but the fight is still the same and for same reasons. You can see the false god's of money and material riches being the leading attractions for the unsaved thru out history. So this is nothing new.
And outside of the founding Fathers of this great nation, there are few instances where the power of authority and greater incomes for those positions in our government, had not changed the thinking or operating of Leaders at some point in thier careers.
The changing of this, is seen, as man moved further from God's Principles solidly held to and gradually became muddled in many areas.
If you would consider that "Armegedon is upon us" already, then praise God you have no conception of true war, as war veterans have of true war and what we have had to face.
Yes, there is evil in government, because God decares that Satan is the god of this world system.
According to Scripture, thru the "Mark of the beast", all nations shall bow to him, which means all will show some level of allegience to the anti-christ and main 10 nations who started this thru the anti-christ. In Rev. 13:1-18, you'll find the "one world government" will gain control over the world thru both the political leader- "anti-christ- (1st beast) 13:1, and with the help of the religious Leader- (2nd beast)- 13:11.
The second beast having two horns as a "lamb" but spakes as a dragon, shows it depicts a religious leader- (Christ as "Lamb of God").
Now, wether all nations will become say- "states" of the main nation, no one knows, that will have to wait. But, this can be eventully seen as sections, "states", quadrants, etc if countries actually sign into agreements to become a part of that "one world government".
God declaring all nations will bow to him can mean going along with them, joining them etc, so that is speculation how it will be at this point.
Well wait a second tho hehe, keep in mind how our "Laws" have been changed. The "Landmark" Laws that have been passed, have been brought about by citizens of this nation, working thier way up thru the Court Systems, to reach the US Supreme Court, or then lobbying in our Government System to change them.
Whatever the focal point for the change, it could've been unsaved going for unethical changes to get what they want or in some cases Christians. Mostly, by Laws seen passed, its been the unsaved. But, it has been people, not so much money that have seen things changed in the governing of our Country.
Money may have been used in some cases to purpose the lighting of fuses, yet, its been people who've cried out for the changes and having the resolve to see them made.
As for the attacks you mentioned to remove God from aspects of our lives and government, remember, God and Christ warns the "Body of Christ", we will suffer persecution for thier names' sakes. This is only a carry over of whats been going on for Milleniums, its just seen as worse now, for the greater world population and larger "Body of Christ". But, the attacks are still the same only more now because of higher population, yet, in retrospect, by population of the world back in Christ's time, to now, the persecution is no worse. But it will get worse, Christ speaks of that.
God and Christ both Prophecy evil will wax worse over time, till it reaches a level as it was in Noah's Day. Its inevitable. But, for you and I, we have seen nothing close to that as yet. But its coming.
Thus, prayer and speaking out for God is what God has called us to do in these "Last Days". For He will pour out His Spirit upon all flesh in these days. Thus, we need to stay in His Word, in prayer to Him and speaking out for Him for that reason. To be an open vessel for God to use as He knows best.
Be at peace and joy instead, knowing the return of Christ is coming soon because of this.

I don't do it consistantly, but will at times, go thru our own State's agenda for bills going thru Sessions for voting on. If see something I seriously question, I ask for more details, if outright against God, I speak to closest friends, or they to me if hear something I don't, who cover thier friends etc, etc, and we usaully end up with around 800-1,000 Christians in our County, who write , call or email and petition against such things to all our Reps. of the Districts and County we live in.
Not every time, but some times we do sway a vote. So, I do try, tho am not up on Fed. Gov. issues they vote on. Yet, if do hear of some, I will do same process and then wait to see how our District and State Reps. vote.
Our County is one of the 3 largest in Minnesota, yet its one of the poorest in some ways but richest in others. So, we carry some weight when petition hehe. Once or twice, I'd heard our State Capital was hit by so many petitioners, they quit counting and just voted no hands down. So, I know its not just our County at times.

Well Frederik, I definitely don't 'worship' Bush, I respect him for being the president of the United States, but definitely don't worship him. I think there should be a cleaning of house - spiritually- from mayoral offices to the White House. Because allot of elected officals have the seat they fought so hard to get and then get in there and then basically forget every promise they made to the communities that gave them that winning vote to take that seat they was running for. I think more times than not when elective offical gets to that seat their memory becomes BLANK. Forgetting about the little people and the middle class families whom are struggling now so very hard now a days. Greed and Money is whom the elected person worship and respect. People get into office and more times than not they have a hidden agenda on their plates. They want to make sure that when their times comes to leave, they leave happy, while the citizens of their respective community isn't.

Thats interesting what you said. But, quite inaccurate. Our govenment is set up, so that all parts, from the Senate, Congress and President are all set up for "checks and balances". Thus, even if the President vetos something, it can be run back thru and passed by virtue of the majority vote.
Secondly- Alot of people viewing whats gone on and believing President Bush is not passing relivant bills into law, but they may not realize, alot of amendments and ridders can be attached to the "Bill" so if passed, these other additions will be too.
Thus, if these amendments would be detrimental to the nation or specific groups protected by the Constitution or Declaration of Independance, those points would change that and cause bigger problems.
So, before thinking a President of this nation is so bad, be sure you know why they did some things, before judging them on the "how or what" they did.
And no body here "worships" President Bush. Yet he has been a good President over all and has had to stop some good bills for the bad amendments and other additions tacked on just to be sure more evil would not pass with them.

I have to agree with you CC, President Bush was placed out in the media as just vetoing no health coverages for poor low income families, but shortly after that he was in the news explaining why he vetoed it. And it was because of the fact if he signed for it -- households that income is greater than 75,000 per year would be intitled to it as well, and he feels if you are making that type of money yearly you can afford your own health insurance that you shouldn't have to be apart of a program from the government for affordable health care. That was the first time --- of my knowledge (paying attention ) that he vetoed a bill like that. The way the media had came across was that he didn't want low income families to have health coverages wasn't true, there was a 'catch' and the catch was that people whom income was 75,000 per year or greater would be included in it as well.

Quite right. To add to that, particular Christian radio commentators have also mentioned it was brought up that the Presidents vetoing this bill had ill effected a young boy from getting help for medical reasons.
But... the truth is, the boy had already had the medical care he needed and was covered already under some other medical care system.
So, this was just another move by the discentors of the President to make him look bad, but did not work when the facts came out.

Maybe, be, but let us remember God's Word for showing how God has appointed those in government- I Cor. 12:27-28, I Peter 2:13-23, II Peter 2:9-10.
I would suggest, rather than putting down and maligning the leadership in Governments, to remember, God put them there. He is in control of all things, and will see chosen people become leaders over countries and lesser municipalities, in order to see His Word and Prophecies fulfilled.
And as God declares in I Peter 2:13 and on, we need to show, be it by speech or actions, due benevolence- (respect), to leadership over us. God's ways are not our ways, but He is all knowing, where we are limited in knowledge, thus need to keep check on our thinking, speech and actions against others we "know", God has appointed to positions.
Yes Samuel_W it does matter, as God has had it come about that way. Fact is, even in Old Test times when some men God called, refused to take thier position for God, God then placed a woman in to lead His people, Judge them, etc. As such, God saw to it, His Word and Prophecies were fulfilled, even when men called refused to follow thru.
Think about it people.

Interesting perspective, but i am not one who thinks that, because we have an elected official, it is Gods chosed leader. Is that true also of the many tyrants who have killed millions. Was Hitler Gods chosen leader for Germany?
If our leaders do not respect the rule of law (the US constitution), then our law says that we must bring them to trial, and elect new leaders.
In America, leaders do not lead by devine authority, rather God leads every person equally--those that will allow themselves to be led by Him. It is then up to the citizens to choose representatives that will vote in our best interest.
Our leaders are selling out the American people right now, thousands of acres of Texas land is going to the highest bidder, and is ending up in the hands of foriegn corperations. This is all happening so that these foreign corperations, wich are not accountable to the American people as they are not elected, can toll our roads to fund a new regional government that will supercede American law. Much like the European Union. This is a wake up call to any patriot.

You are so right, but only to an extent. I shall address the second point which you made of foriegners buying up American corporations. I knew this years ago. As a mechanic by main trade, I've watched as American companies first moved thier manufacturing plants overseas to other Countries.
Then later, some were bought out by foriegn entities to take them over.I've recently heard tell, 3 major heavy equip. Companies here in the US were or are being bought out by foriegn Countries or entities in them.
But, to answer your first part of your responce, consider Dan. 2:21, 37-44.
Notice my friend, in v 21, how Daniel declares in his praise to God, "he removeth kings, and setteth up kings;". In v 37, Daniel speaks to King Nebekadneezer- "Thou oh King art a King of Kings: for the God of Heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and strength, and glory."
Note my friend, Daniel is speaking of how God set up an unbelieving man in power as a King of a huge kingdom.
Now, as for Hitler you say God not being in control of his affairs? ok, lets consider the Jews and how Hitler decided to annialate them as a race because they were Christians- (God of Heaven followers). Ahuh, well, did Hitler succeed in that? No- Dan. 3:6-25.
True, millions were killed of Jews, but the race of Jews, as Hitler wanted, were not destroyed or wiped out.
Now, do the Kings or Leaders of non Christian Countries follow God, no, but, as according to God's Will, events will happen, even to unbelieving Leaders, to bring about, the outcomes God decides- Dan. 4:20-26, 30-35. Now, go back to Dan. 2:37-44 and tell me, God is not in command of who will rule and reign as Leaders over Countries, States, businesses, corporations etc.
This does not mean God will be guiding them, but in command of who takes power and leads. And I'd have to research it, but somewhere, way back in the early part of the Old Test, God had given the very first Prophecy to one of His Children of the 4 great Gentile Nations that would have rule over the Jews.
But, the revived roman empire shown by the iron mixed with clay of the feet of the statue King Nebecadneezer dreamt, was the Last Days one world government that would rule. For God declares thru out His Word, how the time of Gentile rule over the Jews had to be fulfilled.
But, this includes Gentile "Believers" of God in New Test. times, as we are the "Grafted Branch" into God's Family of "Chosen People". Thus we are as tho- adopted Jews, so to speak.
Satan may be the "god of this world", but thats only in worship, as it were, by following worldly, not Godly doctrine. But God also declares, He is in control of all things, denoting the fact, even if Satan is followed by unbelieving leaders and others, God will still see to it, all things, thru unbelieving leaders or His Chosen as Leaders, will work out, so that each of His Prophetic steps given in His Word, come true, to bring us to the ultimate end event of Christ's return.
Remember as well with Jesus when on this earth the first time, choosing His Disciples- (Doing His Father's Will), declares- "Haven't I chosen you twelve and one of you is "Diabolis"? Which means- the Devil in human flesh.
God had to have Jesus, choose the right man, to allow Satan, at the proper time, possess him and cause Jesus to be betrayed, for crucifixtion and eventual overcoming death by sin. John 13:26-27.
You see, God knew ahead of time and had all things work out that Christ, His Son, would be betrayed, die and shed His Blood for our sin at exactly the right time, way and place, for God's Grace to man, to be accomplished.
And this goes for all other aspects you brought up.
Yes, we see alot of evil going on and more movements of it. So what? God and Christ declared such would happen.
Yes, let us pray, God commands us to for His help in directing things. But, as Paul declares, not to be shaken, not to fear, not to be swayed, but know and believe God is operating seeing these things going on, as they have been foretold by God.
Also, you stated that you didn't think God chose the tyrants who have killed millions over the centuries. A lie of Satan. Why?
Consider the nations God had take Isreal captive and how many died at thier hands in the take overs. Plus the Roman Empire, who murdered millions of Jews for the sake of believing in God in thier "take over" of Isreal- (The Roman- Saul, greatest persecutor of Jews onverted to Paul the apostle).
God does see even unbelieving leaderships at all levels brought to power who have caused great strife in thier governing or operations.

A great reply, this is a good thread. I agree with everything you said, however, America is the first nation where the people rule themselves. It is indeed a gift from God that we are born into a country where we do not have to sit and wait for an act of God to get rid of bad government officials. All we have to do is vote them out of office. I take great comfort in knowing that God is ultimatly in charge of our fates, but i dont think he plans for us to sit around and let Him take care of it, perhaps if this were Rome or some other society where we didnt have a say in what happens, but this is America where we are given the power to make changes.
God gave us free will so that we can freely choose him, Americas founders understoon this, and thus they made America with laws that reflect that God-given free will.
Christians are the number one voter demographic in America. All i am asking is to help spread the word. If our voices are heard early on in the begining stages of this regional government (one step closer to world government), then our leaders will listen bc they depend on our votes. If we stay silent, they will take that as an endorsement or their plans and in a way we would be responsible for it.
Anyway, i get really worked up when i talk about this stuff, if you cant tell.
i love my country a little bit too much maybe.
God is still in charge. He is the final decider. So we can rest easy knowing that we will live with him in eternity,even if this world goes sour. And one day it will. But since He has given us the tools for the work, lets use what He has given to us and not take for granted His gift.

You can't know how appreciative I am of your patriotism both to God and or Country. It has been my prayer more people were like that. I must say tho, for what I'd been witnessing the last 20-30 years, I was quite supprised, yet pleased, to have seen so many volunteer to serve our country to protect it.
Yes, I don't every day, but quite often, praise and thank God He had me born and raised in this Country, free of tyrany as He declares freedom in His Word.
I too agree with your assessment of our being able to vote negative Leaders out. but, be assured, if would not bring about God's plan, He would see those good or bad Leaders removed or kept in, as according to what He knows will bring His Will to be accomplished, for the world, us and the nation.
I agree of America's founders as you stated. But, I also know, God had lead the first ones here, to start this country, to be the admonishment of God's Truth of freedom He gave man thu His Word. And the first proof of that was the war against Britian shortly after our nation was started. This gave God a freer Hand, to work thru out the world, much greater than if kept under the limitations of men set in other religious institutions of the time believing in His Word.
Hehe, well, you probly missed that other thread where I'd spoken of how we christians here will spread the word when there is the call for it as someone heres the need.
Its good we have people such as you to keep people stirred up about such things. To help get more active in trying to change things. The problem I run into alot, are so many are wrapped up in thier busy lives, not paying much attention to whats going on around us or caring about it when here something. Try to talk to them, but they never have time to sit and listen. They have better things to do.
Hate to say it, but reminds me of Christ's story of the King's wedding party for his son and what happens with his good friends who got the first invitations but rejected them. People just seem to live too comfortably and with so many ways to enjoy life, they forget about who brought this all into being for us to enjoy, God.

In past conversations with relatives whom are serving say that allot of people think that America was 'too comfortable' in their 'zones' and that is why there has been so many attacks on our own soil. Some agree and disagree with that factor saying God gave us a wake up call to be more guarded others say that the enemy snuck in through the back door un-noticed. I think everything happens for a reason and a season. A reason why there was or still is combining America, with Canada and Mexico, why there is so much going on down at the borders under the table. Why our own border patrol men are in jail because they fired a gun in protection and an illegal immigrant was hit that was being snuck into the country. There is allot that the media, white house and politics want us to know, and then there is allot that they don't want us to know.

As to your first statement of America being woke up. You are so right. Fact is, our airports and other transit systems, besides most of our biggest places n America had little if any deffenses, for the fat, we'd grown so big and so strong, we thought we'd never be attacked.
But, we were wrong, and JFK was right back when he was President before killed, in starting those special forces military groups for more guerilla type warfare. Yet, we let our own home defenses slip down and we were woke up by supprise.
Well, with government the way it is, there are so many out for thier own agendas, its no supprise particular people in some areas of operations get in trouble, even when doing the right thing.
Not picking sides, but for explaination purposes- We must realize, one political party is all for the income of harvested grain and other profits to be gained thru the allowing illegal immigrants to sneak in and work, so are paid less than minimum wage, thereby those hiring them, pay them less, get paid more in essence for thier sales of product, which in turn they pay the government more for the taxes from sales.
The other party is against this, as what happened on 9/11 can so easily happen thru those means, when illegal immigrants go unchecked living and working here, or are here long enough to become citizens, all the while learnng about us and how maybe to strike out at us- (if should be terrorists).
It all depends upon the power one party or the other has for getting what they want accomplished. In the mean time, the native citizens here, lose jobs or can't find any, for the numbers of illegals getting them instead.
So, I can understand, for better border cotrol, why these 3 nations may want to unite, but be sure, it will never be under one governing power. The Canadians are so use to thier full government control, they'd never go for less of it, while Americans would fight tooth and nail against full government control and Mexico will still want thier freedoms to operate as freely loose and wasteful as they always have as well.
So, trust me, while a unity may be formed, it will still be considerably limited. There will be benefits saught or exchanged between the 3, but will still stay considerably divided.
It has been said by major Christian stations here, that the one political party has more control over media, so its mostly what they want us to hear is what will be spread.

CC, I totally agree -- the media does know how what they air whether over the radio waves, internet, or television how the public is going to react. Maybe with the merging of the 3 countries to a certain extent, there will be less illegal immigrants dying trying to get to a better life. There will be less illegal apartments hiding them in basement and God forbid a fire breaks out, a fireman can die trying to find his way through the maze of illegal apartments in a building or the families themselves. There can be a pro- and a con side to this. Pro-- the families that are over here illegally can stop hiding in the shadows and start living like an actual person instead of a fugitive on the run. Con- certain areas being over populated, health care providers under staffed, hospital over run, schools class rooms packed, and the students not getting the attention that they need because the teacher is all over the place. Things like that, more crime. what if someone from Canada, or Mexico commits a crime? What jurisdiction would it go under? Would Americans be tried in the country that they did their crime or be transported back to their native country?

Interesting comments, this is why there is already talk of a North American court, and North American parliment to create laws for the 3 countries. This i believe is the real threat. The same thing was done in Europe. A north American court would have the final say in all legal matters and disputes so anyone could see how this is bad for America. They could for instance, legalize gay marriage for all 3 countries. They could also repeal the second ammendment and ban handguns.
So while we would still have elections and normal political processes here, they would really be meaningless bc the North American government would be in direct control over us and would be unelected.
Last night on the CNN/ youtube republican debate someone asked a question about this and Ron Paul gave a really good answer. im sure you could look it up on youtube, its probably on there.

Yes my friend, but, just talk so far. Do you honestly think the american people would go for changing what system of Governent we have now, for a different one, when this one has provided such a rich lifestyle with so many freedoms to be lost by accepting some different one that would restrict it more?
But, we will have to wait and see what future Leaders of our goverment do and then act if neccessary if talk turns to actual actions planned to be taken.
Thats just like the fright people had over the European Community coming to the US and speaking with all major voting States, to get them to go with this "coding system" for trading, buying and selling goods back and forth. This is to get a new code system in place rather than monetary exchanges for goods.
Again tho, they were just talks, that happened back in the early to mid 1990's, of which nothing has happened to change anything yet and has been 10 years from that time.
So, I say, we all need to calm down and be assured Gid is in control and we can petition at the times needed, should they arrise, for God's will to be done with strange things going on.
God has already Prophesied He will protect His people, tho they will suffer to an extent for His Name's sake. Thus, let us keep in mind, because God's ways are not man's ways, what we may percieve as something detrimental to us, God may use to protect or preserve us. God is all powerful you know and can turn even evil to good.
BTW- Parliment officials are elected by thier citizens, plus the fact, worried about the Court having the "last say"? What do you think is already happening here because citizens of this country aren't satisfied with lower Court decisions, pushing judgements up thru to the Supreme Court, then if still not happy, going thru our Legislative system to change the law(s) to make them happy.
There have been more "Landmark Cases" setting new precidences for laws changed in the last 30-40 years, than ever before in America's history. So, thats pretty lame my friend. Sorry hehe.
