Son's car broken into, school stuff taken

My son C's car was broken into last night. Some expensive items were taken like his stereo and camera. It was also torn up a bit. What was worse was he had his backpack in there with his school books (college) and work. He was making straight A's and now this happened. Please pray for him, please pray for his protection also and his peace. He was real depressed about it. Thank you.

Lord please lead the police to the burglar that stole these items, and let them be returned to him quickly! Give C peace that you care about all things in our life! In the name of Jesus! AMEN

I had my car broken into and stuff stolen when I was about 19 years old- it leaves you feeling violated and victimized.
Father God,
I hold C up to You. Please comfort him during this time. Please ease his feelings and bring calmness to this situation. Lord, please burden the heart of the person who stole these items to return them. Lord, bring understanding to this situation and patience to the professors that the work will be turned in and that C will not be penalized for not having his materials. Lord, if the perpetrator needed the items to sell for necessities (food/clothing), then Lord, please burden him/her to return the school items. Lord, please bring compassion to this situation and that this will work out and that You will get the glory. May this person be brought to a saving knowledge of You as their Lord and Saviour. In Jesus' Name I Pray. Amen.
