Freedom from abusive Ex

Please help me pray. My relationship has become increasingly abusive and I'm trying to get out. We have broken up. He has agreed that he wants to end it yet his behaviors do not show it. I have tried everything I know to try to keep peace and sever the relationship without drama but nothing seems to work. He has made numerous threats against me. I've tried talking to him but it always ends with him threatening me. He is very arrogant and believes he is above the law (he's a federal officer). The police have not been helpful. He's obviously not walking with God and needs to renew his relationship with Jesus. I know I cannot stay with him but I do care about him and want him to get help. Please pray for his salvation and his control issues that are causing his behaviors.

Lord please bring this man to his knees in repentance. Bless him with salvation and a honest walk with You.
Clothe him with Your peace and love so that he can peacefully co-exist with others. In the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen

Strike this husband hard with your Spirit to straiten his thining and operating back over to you for praising God for this Blessing of a wife and turnhis indifference and abuse over to love, compassion and caring for his wife and family. In Jesus Name- Amen!!
