hi, my name's stuart and i'm a junior in high school. I was just looking at the internet because I had a sudden strong impetus to pray for others because since I became a Christian 2 yrs ago, I haven't really valued or understood the power of prayer. Now, I can't get enough of it and I hope that strength stays and continually improves over my spiritual life. I saw how Jesus' life in the gospels was saturated in prayer and how he needed God the Father, and so how much more shall I need Him? Anyways, it's nice to meet all of you and I hope to meet you guys in my prayers. Many thanks!

I've got a good friend at Church, a Christian of many years named Stu. The Lord Blessed him as a Youth Leader and is now head of the Youth Center in town spun off of our Church. I've a feeling your going to be some incredible witness for others in your life time.

That is a beautiful introduction. Most people come on here wanting someTHING, rather than wanting SOMEONE (God). It sounds like you want God. Praise the Lord!!! Watning the Lord, wanting to know Him more and wanting to grow in Him is what prayer is really all about. Sometimes, the situation we pray about doesn't change (the way we want it to), but we find that WE change through the years of developing a strong prayer life. You will look back and wonder why some prayers were't answered in the way you thought was God's will, but you will realize that the most beautiful thing that happened is that you developed a deep, intimate, loving relationship with God. Hello stuart,my name is michael, and i'm so delited that so many younger people are growing and giveing God glory and praise with their petitions.It literaly took years before i learned about prayer. Looking back,I see that I took so many things for granted.I am so glad that our Father in heaven decided that it was time for me to learn of prayer.You mite think that i made this up. Seriously,I did not know the power of prayer on a regular basis untill just lately. I knew of prayer.But only occasionally when I was in need.But not on a consistant basis,where i can approach our Father Yahweh as if he was there for me, ready to help me at a moments notice.Praise God. God called Abraham his friend, after abraham stood on our Father's promises.To actually be that close to our Father so as to call him a friend.I'm honored to pray with you any time,stuart....O Father Yahweh,may You bless Stuarts walk and guide him,in Yeshua Messiah we petition You.ThankYou Father, thankYou Jesus,amen.
