I AM HAVING A DOWN DAY. PLease help me. Christmas is almost here I am hoping for a miracle for my marriage. I feel so isolated. THere is nothing but silence

Look full in His wonderful face
and the things of earth will grow strangely dim
in the light of His glory and grace!
Simple but true: by focusing on Him, you realize what ife is really all about, and after concerted effort, you begin to quit worrying about the earthly stuff and know that He is in control and will take care of You no matter what.

God does have a word for you dear one. You are His special creation. His beloved. You cannot imagine the depth of love that He has for you. Talk with Him and you will find your word. He longs for a relationship where you talk with Him and lay your problems before Him. You may not find the answers you want in the time that you want them, but, because they are of Our Lord, the timing and the answers will be perfect. Continue in pray and reading His word. You shall hear Him in that small voice in your head.

I had a major disappointment in my life today. And it's hard to think about it, but if I just remember God loves me, God loves me, God loves me, it brings me the only real hope one ever has. I remember a pastor in a church I used to go to told my brother (regarding depression) that when you're going through it all you can remember is "God loves me." He would lay on the couch and think, "God loves me." He said everything else was wind -- he meant all his other thoughts. When things are tough, sometimes that's all we can hold onto: God loves me.

Amen to that. You are so right, and in my heart I know that God loves me, Us. We all need to keep our eyes on Jesus. He will make a way where there is no way. I know God will turn your disappointments to victories, and our sorrows to Joy.
Even though at times it seems so lonely, This should be a joyous time, But to me right now it doesn't feel that way. I pray God will bless us with favor today, fill us with his everlasting peace and joy.

Dear Carol, I feel God wants you to place Him as the focus of your life so He can draw you close to Him. He and He alone is able to meet all of your emotional, spiritual and physical needs. Do not look to others in the natural for rescue, only Him. In turn He will radiate out of you and others will want what you have. May God continue to revearl Himself to you in miraculous ways and fill you up with His everlasting Spirit!
