Prayer for Restoration of Marriage

Please pray for my wife and family. We have been seperated for 1 month after 6 years of marraige. We have been having troubles for about 1 year. She told me today that she is "talking" to someone else. It crushed me and after she left I cried uncontrollably for 2 solid hours. I am at the lowest point I have ever been in my life. I have never felt such pain ever. I just simply can't describe with words how I have felt for the last month. I also can't tell you how much I still love my wife even with the hurt of today.

She took our kids and moved 100 miles away to a new town. It has been very hard financially to make the trip to visit my son. Our family has a lot of issues to work out.

I pray that she has not commited adultry but I fear she has.

Please pray for us not just here but at your home Churches also.

I desperately need your help and I have faith and trust in God to heal our marraige. Please God remove this temptation from my wife. Please lead her back to You as You have lead me. Please guide my son to do your will and cover him in your Grace.

Tonight my son laid in the bed with me and said his "night night" prayers. He asked God to be with us all and then started to ask God to help bring "mommy and daddy" back together. He started crying and could not finish. I calmed him and then helped him to finish. We prayed together for several minutes in between both his and my tears.

My wife says the kids "are fine and happy" but I know how deeply they are affected. I asked my son if he had told his mother how he felt and he said yes but I don't think he has. If she had seen what I saw tonight she would be beating the door down to come back home.

Lord-

We pray for resolutin to divsions in this marriage. We pray for healing and restoration. Remove worldly lusts and bring back the "first love" for each other and for you. Watch over and protect this child. In Jesus Name- Amen!!

One thing that impresses me is the love you and your son have for one another and your ability to communicate. You are both blessed so much there.

I will certainly pray for the Heavenly Father to send healing and guiding angels to help your family in every way.

Thank you for your prayers. Please continue to pray for us as we are unsure of how long this will last.

God I have turned this over to You. I trust in You and have complete faith that You will heal this situation. Please be with us, protect us and give us strength as we need You more now more than ever.

Please guide me and my wife to do Your will. Guide my wife back to You and drive out this temptation that has come about. Please cover my children with Your grace and strengthen them and protect them.

And God You know my financial situation. I desperately ask that You guide me through this. I pray that you will help with the financial burden that has come over my employer which has caused the cutback in overtime.

Lord I am lost without You and I need Your guidance and strength.

Amen
