I was pondering the David Crowder band song, Glorious the other day.
..You make everything glorious...I am Yours...what does that make me?
Then on the radio they talked about some Christian artist that started praying daily, "God I want to see Your glory!" then a lot of good things started happening. So I began to think about God's glory....
Lord, I am desperate to see Your face!
The whole earth is full of Your glory! --Isaiah 6:1,3
The heavens declare Your glory--Psalm 19:1
Lord, I can't wait any longer.....

Is anyone else hungry to see the glory of God revealed right now?
I am going to begin to pray this daily. Anyone else interested in joining in?

I heard these words today on a Christian T.V station(it's ironic that you would post this question
)and I posted them in my prayer book. I want to be a Glory carrier. I want EVERYTHING that I do to be doneto the Glory of God. I want God to get the Glory.

Yes, this has long been my prayer, and it is what I have been seeking God for with a media and Daniel fast here at the first of the year!!!

This is from the Third Day song, "Show me Your Glory." I will put all the lyrics in here. I think I might have had a thread with the verses above and below the picture.
The fast I'm doing is like dedicating the first part of my year to Him, trying to get in the pattern of doing only what He asks. Two things already that He told me to do were just so obviously from Him. Such positive things in obeying Him!
I am trying to SLOW DOWN from pace of Holidays and just spend A LOT of extra time with Him. Just trying to BE in His Presence, rather than feeling like I have to be DOing something. . . .Anyway, something like that.
If He shows me His glory during this process, that would be AWESOME!!!

These two scriptures keep resonating in my spirit. Lord, reveal Yourself to Your people this hour. Pour out Your Spirit onto all nations of the earth, according to Your promises of Joel 2:28,

Lord, I present myself to You this day and offer my body to You as a living sacrifice according to Romans 12:1. Forgive me, Lord, for any and all wrongdoing, wash me clean with the blood of Your Son, and rinse me with Your Spirit. Give me a new robe of righteousness, and anoint me with Holy Oil from heaven above.
Lord I come boldly to Your Holy throne of grace. I do not want to ask amiss this time, Lord, so lead me into the right petition, not for myself, but for Your kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven. Bring heaven down this and every day forward. Lord show me Your glory! I want to see Your face. Prepare me Lord, search my heart and remove any obstacle between You and I.
Lord Your Spirit is upon me, not for me, but for the work You choose to do. I am anointed to preach the good news, to set the captives free, to heal the sick, raise the dead and open the eyes and ears of the deaf and mute. Let this day and this year declare the good news of Your favor. This is the Year of the Lord's favor!
Invade this physical Lord, with Your spiritual. Bring heaven down to earth we beseech You Lord.
Lord, I decree revival at my home church, Shoreline Christian Center. I pray that as Pastor Sam, by the authority of Jesus Christ and senior Pastor Rob Koke begin this new movement of teaching the men of the church how to be all that God has designed them to be, that Your Spirit would be released without measure. Let there be unity among all that attend. Let there be a holy reverential fear of the Lord. Lord bind the fear of the Lord to our hearts. Let Your name be glorified and magnified in this holy house.
This is a new day. Lord pour out Your latter rain. Let the nation hear about the move of Your spirit here. Draw them Lord, from the north, the south, the east and the west.
Lord we dedicate this move of Your holy Spirit to You first and foremost, and to the Legacy left behind by our former men's Pastor, Pastor Melvin Lee.
It is time, Lord, for the men of this church, this community, this state and this nation to rise up and take back our manhood, which we have gradually lost over time. Let us become fully alive with Your Spirit and to live and walk each day in Your authority, Your destiny and Your eternity! Let us become the men You have called us to be, to do the things You have called us to do and to have the things You have predestined us to have.

Like the song states, Lord, now I have caught a 'glimpse' of Your glory! I am on fire for You and have to press in each and every time. No more 'church as usual'. I am expecting and not settling for anything less than a face-to-face encounter with You eahc and every time I worship You in Spirit and in truth!
I thank You Lord for bringing many like-minded believers filled with the Holy Spirit into my life now, that we can come together and press in to river of fire. Thank You for pouring out Your Spirit each and evry day.
Lord I pray that You would continue to use us in a way that is holy and pleasing to You and that Your fire would be released wherever we go.
...I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind;
And your sons and daughters will prophesy,
Your old men will dream dreams,
Your young men will see visions.

Pour it out Lord! Don't hold back. We are hungry for more of You.
