devil is attacking - URGENT!

I just sold my home - brother lived there as a tenant - he is suing me - because he thinks he "somehow" has a hold on the home. I had expressed interest in selling the home - so he gave me downpayment (unfortunately I had to spend the money - so I said okay I will settle this way - I gave him double. He thinks what I gave him is not enough and is demanding more and more - SATAN is getting at me hard. I have been so angry (unfortunately acting not in a Christian way) I feel embarrased and have asked God for repentance.
What is at issue is here - the buyers have held back an amount for better purposes of the net I will hold back on stating what that is. I dont want to sound mean - dont misunderstand me please. I am wanting prayer that God protects this money for me - He has put a lawsuit against this whole sale and is causing much heartaches and disruptions for me and the buyers - He has also put a court order on the proceeds of the sale. I have purchased a condo to close on the 17th of January. The court order freezes all the assets and prevents the sale from going through and the monies held by the notary he (brother) thinks deserve them as he has costs. I told him I gave you more than enough - you should be satisfied.
All prayers please pray hard for me. I have been in tears over this soooo much.
Pray that I get to keep the monies on holdback and the transfer of sale takes place.
