Learning Disability Meeting this week

My 12 yr. old son has been in special ed , public school, since kinder...now he's classified as in 5th grade. He is already a grade below other kids his age.
Tues., we're meeting with his teachers to discuss TAKS testing nessessary for entering 6th grade...middle school.
Our "normal" 10 year old daughter will be in 5th grade next year. It will be devastating for his self esteem to be in the same grade as his sister.

On Wed., we're meeting with a "dyslexia" private school to see what why can offer him. The public school tested him and says he isn't dyslexic. They will not help and have had very little success teaching him to read past a very slow third grade level.

I would appreciate your prayers for our family...Financies...possible move closer to school...open spot for registration in school...other children's school schedules conflicts worked out...not too big for God, right?
I'll give an update after our meetings next week.

Lord, send the spirit of divine mediation into the midst of the meeting to be held on next week. Bring good out of this entire situation for this family and their children. It is not too big for you. I pray in agreement, in the wonderful name of Jesus.

Lord-

We pray for Truth to be known and this young boy to recieve the proper help he needs to learn how he can learn best and be taught, so he can progress thru learning as you know he can. In Jesus Name- Amen!!
