Stressed/Depressed

The place that I work will be "reviewed" this week. Therefore, my bosses are NERVOUS- which equates that I am receiving the backlash of their "nerves".
If we do well- they get the credit (of course); if badly, I get the blame .

I'm searching for a job- even considered creating my own job- don't know what to "create" or it would be in progress.

I'm getting sooo tired of feeling like the whipping post for this organization- I'm in the distance- last on their mind when things are good- first to blame for bad. I don't know from one week to the next if I "have a job"- it's entirely on their whims of the moment. I will stress: I have had THREE bosses since June- the administration seems to run them off.

I am stressing more than I have in some time. What is depressing is that I don't know which way to move.

Father, I need some rapid answers or a solution to the problems that I am facing. You know the entire situation. I ask for an answer. Amen.

Lord-

We pray you will open up a break in this turmoil for them and calm the stirred sea to bring relief and rest from the stress of this situation. We pray your Holy Spirit touches the hearts of the Administration to realize there is only so much can be done and be satisfied with the productivity being seen. In Jesus Name- Amen!!

Father, firmly place Linda in the right place. Lord, as it appears that this job is not the right one, I pray that You will show her plainly and quickly where she should go. Lord, give Linda guidance and discernment. Lord, I pray for peace despite the storm. Give Linda peace. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen

Lord, in Your greatest mercy, please most graciously provide guardian with an answer. Please work out some sort of breakthrough that can only come from You. Please lead her down a road to a better more fufilling life. Please intervene on her behalf Lord as only You can! In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
