Fidel Castro Steps Down Due To Health - Pray For All Involved.

FIDEL CASTRO stepped down Tuesday morning as the president of Cubaafter a long illness. The announcement was made in a letter to the nation written by Mr. Castro and published early Tuesday morning on the Web site of Granma, the official publication of the Cuban Communist Party.The resignation ends one of the longest tenures as one of the most all-powerful communist heads of state in the world.In late July 2006, Mr. Castro, who is 81, handed over power temporarily to his brother, Raul Castro, 76, and a few younger cabinet ministers, after an acute infection in his colon forced him to undergo emergency surgery. Despite numerous operations, he has never fully recovered but has remained active in running government affairs from behind the scenes. Now, just days before the national assembly is to meet to select a new head of state, Mr. Castro resigned permanently, and signaled his willingness to let a younger generation assume power. He said his failing health made it impossible to return as president.I will not aspire to neither will I accept — I repeat I will not aspire to neither will I accept — the position of President of the Council of State and Commander in chief,” he wrote in the letter. He added: “It would betray my conscience to occupy a responsibility that requires mobility and the total commitment that I am not in the physical condition to offer.”

Lord I come before YOU at this very hour, because only YOU know the true reason why Mr. Castro is stepping down. Pray for all those whom are appointed his position over Cuba dear Lord. Grant this country peace, grant this country favor with finances, bring jobs to this country dear Lord, Father God, I ask that all wars to stop, all faminie that exist in this country to end. Bring an overwhelming wave of faith, and Christianity to this country in an abundance. I pray that the new leaders shall abide by YOUR rules dear Lord, that they shall bring peace to this little country. Allow them to lead by Thy's grace and mercy dear Lord. Allow them to follow the laws and guidelines of the bible to become a successful leader instead of the book of war. This I pray in Thy's holy and glorious name Father God, that Thy's will shall be and will be done greatly upon Cuba, Amen,Amen,Amen... Be bless family of God.

Father God, I stand in agreement with the above prayer. I aslo ask you to deliver Cuba from the shackles for Communism. Let freedom reign. Send a great revival upon Cuba. let you will be done upon Cuba. Let there be total freedom for evengelism. Let there be many gospel crusades this year. Send your servants and missionaries in great numbers. Lord, the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. So we come to the Lord of the harvest to send laborers into the field.Raise many missionaries from this forum too, Lord.

Father God, I stand in complete agreement with these continued prayers for this country and countrymen. Guide them to freedom. Anoint this country by the magnitudes with love, peace, freedom, in their hearts, mind, body and souls. Anoint them with the word to solve the many differences, anoint them with the words of love, peace, harmony, freedom in their mouths. Bring forth the army of angels to quiet this storm down and place the weapons down and communicate without violence. This I pray in YOUR holy and glorious name Father God, Thy's will shall be and will be done greatly upon this country at this present time. Amen,Amen,Amen....
