Yesterday, I went to Lowe's with my daughter, Joy, her husband, David, and my grandson, Josh. I took my truck and trailer to haul back the riding lawnmower they bought. We left there; I went to their house to unload the mower, and they went to Walmart.

They returned some items, received some cash, and then went shopping. While looking at some items, they turned their backs, and Joy's purse was stolen from the buggy. She had all her bank and credit cars, car keys, etc, and what was worse, David had put his wallet in there for safekeeping, so it was also gone.

The police came and took a report, a man offered them a few dollars (which Joy refused as she saw a family member there and borrowed a few dollars from her). This was about 11 A.M. Meanwhile, I had come home and was helping my brother-in-law and nephew put a carport on Aunt Mildred's house.

Joy finally got a hold of me around 1:30. Another friend had loaned them her car so they could get back home. David had his work keys there, so Joy and I took the keys and drove 15 miles to where he worked, opened his locker, got the other car keys (to the van which was parked at Walmart's). So we started driving the five miles to Walmart's and right before we arrived, Joy received a call that said her purse had been found.

We went in Walmart's, and a guy named Donnie gave Joy her purse. Someone had found it sitting on a trampoline in the sporting goods department. The contents were intact...nothing was missing! What a blessing from the Lord!
