Let us create God in our image???

You know alot of people want to create God in their Image ;rather then
looking to the characteristic of God and attempting by study to find out
who he is and ;how he is the same today and forevermore.
Now in the time of Samuel God controled the weather example,Samueal said look what evil you have done before God and it began to hail.
I have spoke the same and seen it hale the same exact day.
In tune with the Holy Spirit I say. Or shall we attempt God to do the dishes for us take out the Garbage or laundry Hmmm? Rather not.
When i was in a brazen brass gong and could not hear from God ;guess what?
Who was out of line ? Hmmmmm? Answer me . from Malachi to the New Testament was 400 years before God spoke to the People . Wonder why?
Examine the word. God does not go out of his character to conform to us ;rather we conform to him; and get in line.
How is it that some can hear the message of a sermon before it happens ?
Well John 15:15 says I no longer call you servant but I call you friend.
Now who is he saying that to ? The rebellious ? No!
Haven't we pray oh God make this situation right only to see nothing happen and a silence in heaven ? Like in the 400 years from Malachi to the Book of Mathew. What is the lesson to be learned . For Isreal to get it right the prophet spoke of what must and had to be done .
It meant a nation recognition of the wrong doing . And a drawing closer and returning to our true God. Has this been done . God is not a respector of person unless that person gets in line with his word and character.
How do we find favor with God . Glad you asked "Come reason with me for my thoughts are higher then yours".
Have you arrived to allow God to tach you while you sleep? Is this possible? My last 20 years would say yes.
Or how is it that the Holy Spirit doesn't know what the Holy Spirit is doing?
Answer yes. My friend is in South Korea and ;how is it he gets the same
imfo I do in Canada? We pray for people who have drawn far fron God
asking him to change them ; but truthfully speaking the word says we are to draw near to him. We ask God to change our sinful lives to make it righteous without drawing closer to him and repenting. Is not God the same today ;yesterday and forevermore? Shall we attempt in our feeble minds to change him?
The Lord Jesus requires a contrite heart and a broken Spirit;then and only then does he have your undivided attention. I speak from experience and hearing as well.
Some might say the Apostle Paul was a braggard because he heard and complied to the word;but others might not attempt to kill but strive to enter into the Lords presence. Where does your heart ly on this subject?
Do you truly allow the Lord to examine your heart as an open book to him.
He sees it anyways; and also knows the hairs on your head.
Favor comes with understanding ;so gain understanding;and be safe from the evil ones snares. How can God protect a fool? As a fool has said in his heart there is no God. So how can a fool hear? He cannot and does not even believe God speaks to him.Shall we listen to the fools that say no prayer in the schools and now watch the bloodshed as a result of this?
Can we not connect the dots together? Have we lost all reason?
Faith will make the difference and transform lives. But only if we have it.
Some may misinterpret my writing but would not God even conform to his word as well? Shall I tickle your ears like the prophets who the Lord spoke against?
Shall I be a people pleaser Like Saul or be like David? The time is drawing nearer to who you will serve.Oh Fool don't you know your soul is required this night as the Lord had said to the man that was ready to retire? Shall we not think on these things and enter into his love rather then decieve ourselves with our wicked hearts that justify every and anything? Has not the weather been changing rapidly? Global warming Global cooling? Oh but the media says Hmmmmm?
Remember when they said oil would remain at $15 dollars a barrel back a few years ago.And no apology for their incompetence! Yes Keep listening to them and both of you shall fall into a pit. The blind leading the blind.
Did I believe that then ?No way! But who am I?
How is it that the Holy Spirit knows what the Holy Spirit is doing?
The one and the same in both.
Shall we continue to tell God to change the wicked to the righteous
or shall they repent like all the others in the thousands of years of our Lord?
One is only decieved by not knowing the heart of his master and having a heart made the same;with the heart of stone being removed and recieving a new Spirit.
Shall a man speak of things he does not know and has not experienced ? Rather Not!
Manna is for those who know the Lord maggots in the Manna are for those who don't. Choose who you will serve . One way is by far more Prosperous.

Very good thread my friend and incredible insight. Very goodand needed thought proking information. I do have one point to make is all.
You stated at one point- "The Lord Jesus requires a contrite heart..." I must beg to differ on that point. The word "contrite" actually means- hardened. Jesus instea, wants us to have a meek, humble and repentant heart.
God, if look back at Pharoah of Egypt before the Exodus, gave him- (Pharoah) a contrite- (hardened) heart against Moses and the Jews. And God speaks of those who start walking away from Him- (New Test.), and He chastens them, but they develope a "contrite"- (hardened) heart, He will then leave them go to Satan and an early grave, just as did with King Sal of Old Test. times.

Psa 34:18 The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
Psa 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
Isa 57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also thatis of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

Forgive me for what I had first stated. I was wrong in my wording. My intention was to add onto what you shared and for some reason I stated I disagreed with you. I was wrong and offer my apologies for that.
Forgive me also for taking so long to get back to you on this. Got kinda messed up helping my friend when things broke open and got busy for him and kept forgetting to get back to you.

Christian Commando I know we are on the same side and we truly believe in the Lord. I have been supporting someone through a Spiritual battle also.
