Hysterectomy Has Been Scheduled For 4/9/08 For Me!!

I knew it was coming, but just didn't know when. Today I went to my ob/gyn and it was confirmed that the pain I have been experiencing now for awhile (nearly 5-6 months) is due to the painful return of my fibros, and to release me of my pain I will have a hysterectomy done. I'm fine with it, just the thought that I have less than 2 weeks to get my affairs in order before it happens. Lord anoint me with the strength, not just for myself but for my family. Anoint each and every one, including Dion to handle everything while I am in the hospital. Lord anoint him with all the help from both sides of the family. I pray that all shall come together as a village raise a child, will I am out of commission. This I pray in YOUR Holy and glorious name Father God, Amen,Amen,Amen.... Michelle I can keep this thread going while you are away in the hospital and keep prayers going for you.

Dear Lord I ask that all will go well in the preparation for the surgery and especially help Michelle's spirits and mind to be peaceful and calm and know she will be in Thy hands every step of the way. May the family rally and each do their part to take care of things and keep the household running smoothly while she's in the hospitial. May the surgeons be guided by Thy hands and the operation be successful and she have a speedy healing. All the blessings she stands in need of at this time, I ask in Jesus holy name amen.

Thank you dear sister in Christ for your thoughtful prayers. My mind is going in a thousand directions, and don't know what to do first. And in the very midst of my mind going Awol, my hands, and my heart drove me here to place a prayer for me and my family during this time. A time when Dion is about to return back to work, and me getting prepared for coming out of work. How ironic last week I dreamt that Dion was taking me to the doctor's office to pick up the prescription for the surgery.

Lord, I ask that YOU anoint this family with the precious blood of the Lamb, that this family both sides shall come together as 1 and be the head and not the tail during this time of need. Lord, grant us favor in all that we shall do dear Lord. Anoint those whom want to help but don't know where to start at, lead them dear Lord with YOUR anointed hands. Touch Dion's heart, mind, body, and soul that he will not be overwhelmed by all that needs to be done when I am not around. Father God, touch the children's ears, heart, mind and spirit that they will understand that this time is difficult for daddy and help him out.Anoint me the strength dear Lord, for all that needs to be done at home, and at work before I go out on disability leave. Dear Lord, Thou has invited all who are burdened to come to Thee and have their burdens lifted and made lighter. I pray in behalf of my sister Michelle who is burdened with many concerns and cares as she prepares for her surgery. May her heart and mind and spirits be sustained by Thy hand, releasing every care and anxiety and turning them over to Thee. May she feel Thy loving nearness especially now and throughout this time. I pray for an annointing over the doctors and nurses who will attend this surgery and be caring for her. I also pray for a special annointing over each and every member of this family and Michelle's husband that all will not be selfish minded, but their hearts turned in unison towards Michelle's needs, her health and well being. May they put aside any differences and see what needs to be done and not burden Michelle with any disputes at this time and additonal worries. Sweetie, my mom has had a full hysterectomy and I have had a partial hysterectomony. Everything will be fine. You will see your family soldier on and pick up and work together during this time for you, just as my family did for both me and my mom. Have faith. Trust God. It will all be okay.

Lord, grant me favor with the kindey ultrasound that I had today for my hysterectomy next week. Father God, I don't know what was in my specimen last week for my doctor to order a ultra sound of my kidneys. Father God, grant me favor in this situation. Lord, I thank YOU for touching my mother's heart, mind, and soul. Yesterday she called me to inform me that she is requesting time off to help Dion with Nakuwa, and that she will keep Nakuwa from Wednesday when I go in to that Friday when I am suppose to be discharged from the hospital. Lord, thank YOU for bridge the gap between me, my mother, and my sister. Yesterday I received not 1 birthday from my mother and sister but 3!!!! 1 from them both, 1 from my sister, and 1 from my mother with a blessed monetary gift inside!!! Praise God, for this is the first time in my adult life that my mother gave me money on my birthday, and went out of her way to purchase a nice beautiful card, and mailed them!!! that might sounds silly, but Lord it has been a long time since my mother did that for me and it touched my heart greatly. And I know if it wasn't for YOU dear Lord, that wouldn't have happened, and I thank YOU for making things possible for me at this present time that I won't worry about my husband, and my children while I am in the hospital healing. Thank YOU Lord for answered prayers and opened doors!!!! I give YOU the ultimate praise and worship!!! For through YOU dear Lord all things are indeed possible!!!! Be bless family of God!!!

Thank YOU Lord, for a successful clearance with the medical doctor dear Lord. He wants to see me after the surgery to see how I am doing and to help me on a healthy path to loosing this extra weight. Lord, as I was driving in to work, I started crying because I might be at the hospital that first day all by myself. Dion has his assignments now, and will be gone 12 hours a day for at least 3 days a week, and with him just starting --- it wouldn't be right or fair to ask him to request that day off. I just pray his day off will be next Wednesday so he can be the first face I see when i wake up. I thank YOU Lord for anointing my family in stepping up to the plate in my time of needing them. My mom & sister are going to have the kids on the days Dion has his assignments. I don't mean to be selfish Lord, but I am afraid of being alone and no physical supporters there waiting for me to come out of the operating room. This I lift up to YOU dear Lord. Amen,Amen,Amen.... Michelle, I'd get some stool softeners to take along with the pain pills that was the advice given to me when I had a Hysterectomy and boy was that a blessing.

"Father God we lift up Michelle for her surgery and ask that everything go well for her. We ask that You guide the doctor's hands and give them discernment and wisdom. We ask that You place angels to be placed all around her and her family. We ask that all the details of her family around the house to be worked out in peace and harmony. We pray that You will work out every detail of her life as she spends the days in the hosptial and when she comes home. PRAISE GOD FAMILY I AM BACK!!!! I AM WALKING AROUND MOVING AROUND AND THANKING GOD THAT I AM FINALLY DISCHARGED OUT OF THE HOSPITAL AND HOME WITH MY BABIES!!!! Thank you Bonnie- - I am taking it nice and easy. My husband gave me a new nick name - the wolverine. LOL I thank God that I am home, I am healing so well that one of the doctors was amazed at the healing time of my incesion. Praise God!!!! Thank you for your prayers and wonderful words of encouragement. And my mom had all 3 of the kids from Wednesday to Saturday !!!! My dad & step mom came the same day of the operation to see how I was doing!!!

I am a little upset right now because the company that is paying my short term disability has wrote me a letter saying i am suppose to return back to work next week, and I haven't even seen the doctor yet to give me clearance!!!! I don't go back to the doctor's until this Friday which will make it 2 weeks since the surgery!!! I am suppose to be out longer- but because my department is shorthanded I feel that they are pushing me to return too quickly. Too many women been out with a hysterectomy and was forced to return back too quickly and they wasn't well enough and had to go back on short term disability to finish healing. Please pray that I am given the extended time needed for healing for I am still in pain I am not picking up my daughter and enjoying her the way I once did. I still have pressure pain. Dear Lord I pray for mercy in this situation that Michelle will not be asked to go back to work one day before she is ready and healed sufficiently. I pray that she will be given whatever time she needs and the doctors will be understanding before signing any statements. Please let them give her a note that she needs more time and she can put her mind at rest, I pray in Jesus holy name amen.

Lord YOU know all that is involved with my disability case worker Ms. Tyler and my doctor's office with the necessary paperwork that is being sent to Ms. Tyler and she denies receiving them. Lord I call on YOU at this very hour to intercede on my behalf in this situation. With my job trying to get me to return premature of 5 weeks due to them being short staffed and with my doctor's order of staying out for the full 8 weeks. Father God, anoint me with open doors and success and great victory in having all this done in a timely manner. This I lift up to YOU dear Lord and place at YOUR throne before YOU. Amen,Amen,Amen.... Father God, in the name of JESUS, grant me much success because I am still having problems with FMLA department and with Liberty Mutual in regards to my disability. Father God, they are trying to push me to return back to work before the time my doctor wants me to return back. Father God, I was on a 3way conference call with the office manager at the doctor's office and FMLA department and she had called Liberty Mutual to state that I haven't been released from the doctor's care and won't be until June 5, 2008. Father God, grant me much favor and success in getting these two departments on the same page of the health care provision of my doctor. I have been stressed out so badly this past week over my FMLA & Liberty Mutual aruging over what time I should return back to work which is nothing near of what the doctor is saying I should be out. FATHER GOD, PLEASE HELP ME DEAR LORD FOR I AM GREATLY DISCOURAGED AND DEPRESSED. MY INSURANCE COMPANY ALONG SIDE WITH MY FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE DEPARTMENT FROM MY JOB, HAS ME DISCOURAGED IN RETURNING BACK TO WORK FOR I HAVE BEEN TOTALLY DEPRESSED AND UPSET OVER THE FACT I AM BEING PUSHED BACK TO WORK TOO SOON, AND NOT ACKNOWLEDGING THE DOCTOR'S NOTES OR REQUEST OF MY RECOVERY TIME SHOULD BE LONGER THAN WHAT IS BEING ALLOWED FOR ME DUE TO MY DEPARTMENT IS SHORT STAFFED. I HAD TO FIGHT WITH THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE MANAGER LAST WEEK TO CORRECT THAT I NEED LESS THAN A MONTH'S TIME OF RECOVERY. MONDAY I HAVE MY SECOND POST OPERATIVE CHECK UP WITH THE DOCTOR. Father God, I am so depressed, disappointed, discouraged at what my job is doing. Lord, I am still in so much pain that if I do things are apart of my 'normal routine' I am in abdominal pain once again and other times I am so depressed that I don't want to get dressed, get out of bed or do anything. I know I am going to the doctor's on this coming Monday to have him extend my healing time to what he had initally told my job and Liberty Mutual, but my job said to me last week -- IF THE APPROVE IT !!! -- meaning they don't care about me as a mother, wife, a basic person that needs some more healing time. But because the department is so short staffed they don't care about me getting well to the point I can do my job effectively without being in pain. Lord through YOU all things are indeed possible. Grant me this favor dear Lord that the company shall up hold the time frame of what my doctor stated --- instead of pushing me to return back early because they have 'dead lines' and no one wants to do certain projects. This I pray in YOUR holy and glorious name Father God, that Thy's will shall be and will be done. Amen,Amen,Amen....

Thank you dear sister in Christ for your wonderful heartfelt prayer. Praise God from which all blessings come from!!! I have been approved with my company's FMLA's department for clearance until June 5th the original date the doctor had requested me to be out until. Praise God!!!! Thank you all for your prayers in this matter. I can rest much more easily at night now, and I don't have to worry no more about my job position being in jepordy. Thank YOU LORD for answered prayers!!!!
