Prayer for Office Politics

Hi,
I am having a terrible time at work due to a bullie who is "in" with management. This bullie treats me roughly and speaks sarcasticly whenever management is not around to hear and keeps giving me threatening looks. I took the problem to managmeent and our Human Resources branch but they treated me like I was imagining it and made it very hard for me to do anything about it. I have not done anything to this bullie except be a good and respectful co-worker. This has all been very degrading for me. Is there a prayer for this please?

Lord Jesus,
Saturate the heart of this person with Your love and turn his 'threatening looks' into looks of care and concern.
Change his inner man with Your overwhelming love.
May he see You in Emma.
May there be peace and a pleasant working relationship between him and Emma, amen

We pray that the countenance of this co-worker would be changed to that of loving and compassion towards this person and that caring and interest in helping to work together for the companie's best will come thru. In Jesus Name- Amen!!
