Pray for Pastor Tim

Dear Family of God, please pray for my dear friend, Tim. He has a deadly illness that has been going on for some time. His bones are turning to stone, which doesn't leave much room to inhale. He's in terrible pain, similar to "Bone cancer" he is in deep pain daily, but you woundn't know it. He is not a complainer, and his temperment is always sweet and kind. But, now one of his kidney's is acting up, and the other isn't doing to well either...with taking lots of pain medication and etc, it is taxing on his liver and kidneys....so this isn't a surprise. The doctors are doing all they can do and he knows that. He had a long talk with the Lord, and the Lord told him that he woudn't be healed....so I am not praying for a healing, but that he will not be in a lot of pain, that when the Lord desides to take him home, it will be quickly....so he won't suffer and be bed ridden.
He was a green Bret in Vietnam, a police officer, became the youngest judge in the State of Oregon (never went to law school....just took the test and passed it in flying colors), and then later became a Pastor. He's one of the sweetest and kindest men I have ever met in my life. He has a great sense of humor, and never talks at you....but always lovingly to you.
"Father God, we lift up Tim to you, Father. We come before you, with humbled hearts, not knowing how to pray or what to pray, but Father God, You know our heartsounds, and feel our desperation for words to speak for our dear brother in Christ, we pray you will surround him with Your angels, who will minister to all his needs, we pray Father, that you will take the pain away, give him peace and comfort, and also help the famiy financially so he will not worry. We also pray Father God, that You will be glorified, in and through the life of this man, and to those around him, doctors and nurses and family members and friends, that his life will have touched many people for You, making his life a Blessing to all of us. We lift him up to You, Jesus, we place him in Your caring hands, and we thank You for what You will do for him, we thank You, Jesus, for the precious gift of "friendship" and that he has been apart of so many lives. We give all honor and praise to You, Father God, and in Jesus name we pray and ask....amen and amen."

Lord, send comfort and peace into this situation. I pray YOUR WILL alone be done. Put Your loving arms around Tim and his family. I pray if there is any way Tim can change Your mind (as did Moses and Hezekiah) he won't hesitate to pray whatever You lead him to pray for that to happen. We pray for Your complete and perfect will and Your comfort in all of this regardless of the outcome. Do not let his life be cut off one day sooner than the days You have alloted to him. I ask and pray, in Jesus Name, amen. JeriRose
