15 Rainbows

I had a dream two nights ago and it was like this: I was in a car with my mother in-law and i was sitting next to her she was driving. Then i started thinking about some things that God has spoken to her life and thinking if they were going to come tru or not when all of a sudden it started to rain but it was a short rain like for 5 minutes and then a Rainbow appeared on the sky and i told her look at the rainbow, and then another rainbow appeared, and another one in total there were 15 rainbows. But they were coming from all over the sky but i noticed the rainbows were only one color not many colors but they were each different colors. All of a suddden I am inside the rainbow and they were all like ballons and i hold on to them some of the ballons popped but there were so many that it din't matter and I went flying with the ballons but at the same time i was affraid to fall because i was in the sky flying but i could see everything green at the bottom so i felt secure to jump and i did and nothing happened to me then i was showing other people not to be afraid to fly with the ballons and that they could jump secure to the part of the "happy face"??? End.
Please if anyone could interpret this dream if any interpretation.

The Happy Face was a place that i could see from the sky when i was flying and it was a secure place to land.

Hi Ruth-
This is my suggestion what the dream meant-
A- First you were wondering if the things spoken of god to her life would happen? Yes they will.
B- Rainbows- God showed you, no question, from all those diverse rainbows, He holds to His covenants with people.
C- Numbers of them- The fact there were a number of rainbows, may have to do with the number counted, of major mvements God would work in your mother-in-law's life. The fact each one was of a different color, stands for a different movement of some type for each Blessing done for the mother-in-law.
D- The balloons you grabed on to in the rainbow, tells me, God is letting you know, He has plans of Blessings or movements in your life too, that the rainbows for your mother-in-law are hope for growing faith in you too for such, to share this good news others can recieve Blessings of God as well.
E- Jumping securely to the "happy face", is the result of the Blessings you'll recieve by faith as your mother-in-law shall recieve by that same faith, and your sharing this with others shows as well here.

Here's a little extra;
"15" can symbolize God's perfection only through his divine grace that bring about a new resurrected life.
"Rain" can symbolize God answering prayers.
"Balloons popping" can mean that things may not go according to your plans or expectations.
"Holding on" can symbolize that you haven't lose hope or faith in God's provision or ability in this situation.
"Green" symbolizes growth and life resulting from prayer.
Please notice a similarity in this dream, and your beach dream.
In both dreams, you have a very strong desire to help others, but
by the end of the dream...
YOU ARE CHANGED; YOUR FAITH IN GOD HAS GROWN!
Sometimes we get so close to a situation it's hard to get the full BIG God perspective..."only one color at a time."
Often God changes us, and gives us a brand a new/greater perspective above our trials in life. It's usually better than we could have even imagined!
Only then can we truly know what true happiness "smiley face" is in this life on earth "the ground".

Thank you very much for your info about the numbers in the PM. After studying such, I now understand the relationship of the numbers in Scripture I never related such things to before. I knew of many of the ones you shared with me, but just never associated them as they were given until shown me how they are, now.
