glowing number "1" on the wall

I would appreciate interpretation of this if anyone can help me out...i am puzzled as to the meaning of a dream. also, certain numbers seem to keep popping up everywhere i look. for at least a year i have noticed that i wake up at the same times frequently, usually its 1:11, 3:11, 4:11 or 4:44. and many times when i just happen to check the time on the clock or the weather channel the time is 11:11, 1:11, 2:11, 3:33, 4:44. but most often its 11 minutes after the hour when i look at my watch or clock or television. i recall others on the board have noticed this as well, seeing these numbers often or waking up at the same times of night several times in a row or in the same week. it seems to be happening more and more often i notice.

Then, a little while ago, i was in bed one night, it had been a particularly trying day and i was very tired. i was praying about some things that were weighing heavily upon my heart and when i opened my eyes i saw on the bedroom wall a large number "1", it looked as if it were glowing in the dark and i felt a feeling of peace come over me and closed my eyes but when i opened them a minute later the number "1" was no longer there. i havent been able to get this out of my mind ever since for some reason and i am unsure as to whether this is something i dreamt or if i was awake at the time, but it did seem like i was awake. i have had a sleep disorder for many years and wake up often and then go back to sleep, fairly often have strange dreams but dont remember them in much detail any more, mostly just small portions of the dreams. thanks!

Well, I'm no "numerologist", but I have picked up on some numerical references in God's Word. But this has always been my understanding of the "1" situation.

God is a Trinity- which "111" stands for. But, in cases where Jesus is being pointed to, it's a single "1". In cases where God the Father and Christ are referenced, its "11". And of course where the Trinity is- "111".

God has given all authority for judgement over to Jesus since overcoming death by sin. Thus, a single "1", represents the only Way, Truth and Life for us.

But, because Jesus consistantly reminds us, He came to do His Father's Will, and because God is in control of all things, including dictating Judgement to Christ for Judgement Day- Rev.19 and opening of Book of Life and Book of works, God and Christ may be represented at times by the "11".

Now, because God also declares that He does all things thru His Son, but also "by" the Holy Spirit, "not by His might, nor by His power, but by His Spirit", God also shows the importance of the Holy Spirit as part of the Trinity. Thus the "111".

In essence, the numericl references show each of the members as sepereate ones, but because all are "1's", they are all "co-equal" as God.

Thats my view anyways.

Now, we have a Sister in Christ here- "God's Grace", who I'd like to hear her interpretation, as there are many other numbers involved, and God has Blessed her tremendously in the "numerical" interpretations of such things. Thus, consider mine as only minor for understanding. thus, I leave this one to my Sister in Christ Gifted for this.

I appreciate the compliment. I don't know how God speaks to others who interpret dreams? Just know that most times when I first read dreams I come up empty or see possibly just one thought highlighted. Then out of compassion for the dreamer, I'll just start praying/ typing in faith. Usually it will start off something like this..."I don't know if I have an interpretation, only then thoughts start coming."
I love talking to people about their dreams in person. People often tell me," I don't understand this dreams?" Then I'll ask them a couple questions, by then they are telling me their interpretation. Now that's exciting, seeing THEIR faith and confidence increases as God's love unfold before them this way.
I don't consider myself to be a "prophet", nor do I think I'm 100% accurate. I trust God to reveal HIMSELF to them in a way they can understand and receive from Him what He is sharing. ...For now, we see as through a glass "dimly"...
Every time I step out in faith, God amazes me. He is wonderfully faithful to lead and teach each of us along the way. I'll give HIM full credit.
As for rainbow788 "1" vision; I repeat," I'm not sure what God is speaking to her, but as i prayed for her, these thought came to mind...

First, I saw a joyful family reunion and Your generosity towards your family. ("1" can represent union). Your aware that some complicated situations will need worked out, but through God's kindness and patience... He is going to help YOU through this process. Alone it's so easy for us to get overwhelmed. We must remind ourselves that is when things that bug us can seem to grow GIANORMOUS. Remember that's how unbelief tries to get a foot hold.
Keep asking others for prayer support through this. You are not to go through this feeling alone.
This is what I saw. I actually saw a picture of harmless Ironclad beetles. These insects live a long life even in deserts. God is going to bring life into your desert! They often appear to look dead, but are famous for our recuperative abilities. Know that God is making you and your children tough. He isn't out to destroy you. Believe God's Promises for YOU and YOUR children. God wants us to take His promises to the bank! HE KEEPS HIS PROMISES AND CAN"T LIE! YOU are not alone. I'm standing with you!
Next, I'm shown a very large winged bird. This represents God's omniscience and watchful eye. It's souring over a tall lady whom seems small in its great shadow. She is sitting on the beach, staring at the sand being reminded that GOD alone can count the numbers of the sand.
The last thing I saw in my spirit as I prayed was God showing you that He is a safe cleft in the rock.
I'll going to continue standing with you amd your family, for the things I saw in this vision. I'm praying!

It's seems to me that God is also encouraging you though the "glowing" in the darkness. Sometimes when you get tired, it affects us. God is not affected. His light doesn't go out and is greater than...any darkness...

Thank you very much CC for your insights on my vision. An interesting thing i forgot to mention in my original post about the glowing number "1" i saw, was that right above it on the wall there is a poster which has all the different names of Jesus used in the Bible.At the top of it states "AND HE SHALL BE CALLED....

then all the names of Jesus listed with the corresponding scripture references, beginning with "THE ADVOCATE" and ending with "THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE"

and at the bottom of the poster in large bold letters it reads "JESUS CHRIST"
This poster has been there for the past 7 years on this same wall. Isn't that awesome?? I have been praying to hear from God and I believe that I heard from Him that night in the middle of the night. I think the time was 4:00 AM if memory serves me correctly. God is so AWESOME!!

God's Grace, thank you so much for your insights into my vision, your kind words brought comfort to me in a very difficult time in my life. tears appeared when you mentioned the beetles in the desert and said God is going to bring life to me in the desert, as i have felt for a very long time now that i have been wandering through an endless desert and asking God how much longer will this desert experience last..I am so tired and weary from illness and trials in my life and so many attacks from the enemy. The more and harder i pray, the more and worse attacks seem to come against my family. i do have many complicated situations in my family that i need God to work out. there is much division in our family that needs God's healing touch and many in need of salvation and physical and emotional healing whom i have been praying for for a long time. And yes, i have felt very alone and overwhelmed... and your term GINORMOUS pretty much describes it because the problems seem like ginormous mountains right now and i know that God alone can handle these huge problems. my family has been going through many trials, especially the past 10 years, our health has been attacked, our minds, finances, relationships. my husband and i are both very sick and as yet my husband has no diagnosis and is still undergoing tests to find out what is wrong. he has all kinds of neurological problems, constant pain and fatigue and very high blood pressure and daily headaches. he is convinced he has a brain tumor or a tumor on his spinal cord or an aneurism. i have been believing for his healing but some of his family members, friends and co-workers keep saying negative things to him such as "you best get your affairs in order, you look awful" etc. very little support or encouragement we have received from anyone especially our own family and church. we have felt isolated and alone and due to our health we have been unable to get out much or attend church so far this year. my husband had just started attending church with me a couple of years ago after many years of prayers for him...he was badly hurt in the church years ago and as a result he stayed away from church for a long time. I was hurt at church myself though not as badly as my husband was. we took our kids to sunday school and church from the time they were 4 up until age 13 but since then they have not wanted to go to church anymore so i have been praying about this for years to no avail. my son has no Christian friends and my daughter did have 2 Christian friends but they had a falling out over something and no longer even talk. these two young women attend church and are both single moms, one lives with her boyfriend. most of our family do not know the Lord and avoid going to church. we have asked them to come with us to church but they decline. i have become discouraged with seeing few answers to my prayers especially those for healing and salvation. i have no Christian friends now as they have all moved away. i have been praying for new true Christian friends for a long time now and for Christian friends for my adult children and 11 year old grandson. my health problems are a huge obstacle and i cant get out much so most of my Christian felllowship is online. i am grateful for everyone here who prays for my family and me. it means a lot to me that folks i dont even know personally would pray for us. This board is a true blessing and i believe God led me here 4 years ago. Thank you for standing with me in prayer and for the kind words. Also for interpreting my dreams/visions. you have been right on many times with your insights and have a true gift for interpreting dreams GG!!

I am curious about the tall lady sitting on the beach looking at the sand. I wonder who she might be? no one in my family is tall except my son.

My apologies for the delay on your question. I have been waiting on the Lord to give me the right words to speak more of the tall woman on the beach matter. I still feel so inadequite and in need of more of God compassion to share with you God's heart regarding this matter.

This picture of a tall women sitting on the beach goes along with Christian Commando and Jeri Rose words of encouragement in posts nine and ten of the train dream. As Jeri Rose shared, it can come natural for us women to carrying other burden (worry/sin), but God wants us to operate in His supernatural ability...as C.C. (Christian Commando) shared in post #9. As I read C.C. post, I thought to myself how beautiful his words were, my next thought was how difficult or even impossible these truth are for me to live without God's help or grace.
Please allow God to give life to their words. He will give you and I a new freedom from this baggage...he calls sin...worry...or for me, trying to fix other peoples responsibilities.

Back to the tall lady on the beach...
The thing that I was not sure how to share is this.
A tall lady could represent looking down...
The lady in this dream was looking down at the sand trying to count them, instead of realizing she was living "...under the shadow of the Almighty's wings." Jeri Rose said," I find the best thing to do is just start seeking to be in God's Presence. Don't go to prayer to ask for anything (He knows the things we have need of before we ask them). "

The next thing I saw in the beach dream was a full size Statue of Liberty right in front of the lady. She didn't seem to even notice it there.
There are many bible verses instructing us about this new liberty from sin C.C. has shared with us that Christ has given us.
CC said,"You are both good, productive and very worthwhile investments for each other, your famly and as a witness for God. All you basically need to do, is learn how to accept what has happened before in a good or acceptable light, that each of you will not let that cause negative reactions against each other now.

Changing it from over sized bags or boxes of rocks of anger or hurt, down to a smaller, lighter positive charged container of gems of understanding, acceptance, love and compassion, you gain power and energy from God, rather than being sapped of such by Satan. Expressing anger, hurt, etc always expends energy, never builds up or helps store it. Where postive thinking and operating does build up and helps store it.

Not to mention, the "gloom and doom" aspect slowly disappears in favor of bright, sunny, joyous light.Thats why tests prove, at nght, when starts getting dark, people are more accustomed in general to slowing down and wanting to sleep, where, when gets light out, most are getting up ready to get active.

All thats needed, is an adjustment to the perceptions you each have accepted that are negative with past events, in order to not let your spouces' actions or "Fruit" now, spark that past negative back again.

God will help you with the proper application for facing past hurts and learning how to accept and let them go, that you can be released from thier bondage, to freely love, forgive and accept each other more."

Maybe we can believe together for God to allow this new liberty He speak of in his word (bible) to become more of a reality in both of our lives together? I really believe that God desires us to know and experiance a renewed grace/forgiveness/ LIBERTY towards ourselves and others.

Yes, it does make sense what you have said, and what CC and JeriRose have said as well regarding my dreams and my situation with my marriage and the problems we've been having. I have always had a tendancy to feel responsible for everyones problems and to try to fix things..****ually just end up making a bigger mess of a situation by doing so, but am slowly learning to wait on God rather than jumping in and trying to fix things on my own. i guess i am a slow learner, but still a work in progress. I'm glad that God is so patient with me!!
