favor with my boss

I need a day off. I mean really need it off. No debate. It's a family thing. I agreed to come in part of the day and it was ok'd by management but my supervisor is upset about it. Please pray they would get plenty of coverage and she wouldn't give me a hard time about it. Please pray she would even forget about it. thank you
