Prayer for new church plant

I would like prayer for this new church plant. It is one year old. We started with our son and daughter in law.. but when we started we had in mind that Father and son would work together in agreement. The church is radically blessed by God. Many new people are saved, believers are growing... in the Lord. We stared with just us 4 and are now 72 weekly and growing. The problem that has arisin is that our Son now says the church needs only one person in authority and wants to make decisions without discussing them with us.

Please pray for reconciliation between the leadership so that God's work will be able to continue unhindered.
We feel makes compulsive decisions that could harm the body of believers. We love him very much and still want to work together..Please advise and pray.
