Please everybody pray for me

This morning I noticed that my right testicle is twisted, this must have happened during the night. However since it's Sunday there's no doctor whom I could reach and I don't know what to do.
I read that twisting the testicle is something very acute and that it needs surgery ! This scares me a lot. But I don't have any pain or swelling which ususally goes hand in hand with twisting the testicle.When the blood vessels which lead to the testicle are twísted the testicle can die, but I don't have any pain, this is the only thing which is positive right now. Please pray for me that everything will be okay, I cannot do anything right now. I think going to the ER because of this isn't necessary and the docs which work in the ER are not urologists anyway and I don't think they could help me. I will have to wait til tomorrow and go to an urologist tomorrow.
Please pray for me I am having a really bad day.

Thanks Jerry.
I went to the ER and the doc didn't find anything.
There are 2 eventualities right now:

1) I was wrong and the testicle was never twisted (but I am pretty sure it was)

2) the testicle was twisted and later it re-twisted so that the doc didn't find anything.

The problem is that even though everything is okay right now he told me that I should have a sugery.In this surgery the testicles are somehow stitched to the scrotum, this makes sure that twisting is impossible.
I'm afraid that I have to do this surgery even though I hate surgeries. Surgeries and hospitals scare me. I have to think about it and prepare myself mentally for the surgery and then I think I have to make an appointment.
