prayer for my friend

Dear Lord in Heaven above please hear me as I pray. Please be with my friend Scott who is in Prison. Please strength him and help him to seek the word and Love of God. I am not sure if he is saved or batized. I also know that his children are not with him or his wife. So please let them be safe or alright. Please Lord I ask that you help him to be the man that you would like him to be. Not what he was in the past. When he gets out help him stay off of drugs and alchol. Help him so that he may be in Heaven with you. I ask these things in Jesus Christ name. Also Lord let others who see this pray for him. And let there be such a present of God and the Holy Ghost around him. That he will want to change.

Father in Heaven, reach out to Scott and let his situation turn into a witness of You in his life. Lord send the Holy Spirit upon him to convict him and guide him to You and to salvation in Jesus Christ. Father bless him with many loving Christian witnesses to bring Your word before him. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
