Protection for Nursing home

Lord God I would ask that you please provide protection for the Nursing home that I work at. The State has been coming hard and flagging us for things that are unnecessary. When we comply and make the problems better they come back with smaller newer problems that we need to fix. We also have been fined large amounts of money that they say that we owe. Our facility has been voted the best in our area. Everyday our housekeeper, Nurses, CNA's and administrators do a very good job cleaning the facility and taking care of the people that we have there. If they close our facility. Where will these people go? Lord we cannot afford these fines. Please Lord we feel we have complied for every little thing but feel we are being harassed by these people and someone wants to shut us down. Please Lord God help us and protect us and don't let us be shut down. We do have a problem sometimes with our staff. We get carried away gossiping and there are some who are trouble makers there. Please God I ask that you would help our workers to stop gossipping and running each other down, and work together to provide a healthy atmosphere for our residents. To help our facility to be the best care provider in everything that we do. Please Lord protect us from these people who want to slander our name and put us down.
Please Lord Protect us and not let us get shut down.

You have an awesome responsibility caring for God's precious treasures. Do you know the wealth of blessing that is your's for the asking there? God has seen fit to bless the majority of the people there with a long life, so most must have brought some honor to their parents.
Honor thy mother and father, that your life may be long upon the earth.
Gossip is a form of murder. Even if it isn't true, it is an attempt to kill another person's character. To God, sin is sin. If we want to be blessed by Him, we have got to learn obedience. The ten commandments maybe would be a good reminder, if you can find a place to post it there.
If the facility won't allow it, then you and your coworkers need to post it upon your hearts. God wants us to honor Him, first. Then He will take away burdens that are too heavy to bear.
