"On earth as it is in Heaven."


About a year ago, as a struggling Christian, I thought I knew God.
How mistaken I was when an evangelist came to town whom I had never met. I had been invited by a friend to Melody Ball Room on 6th
and south east Alder at 7 P.M, to pray for the greater Portland area. We also prayed earnestly for families. My friend had explained to me that this man was the most powerful preacher he had ever known. Naturally I was curious since I had known many ministers but was I in for a surprise. I sat in an audience of about 200 when a man of great stature was walking down the rows of chairs. Something in his eyes grabbed hold of my spirit like nothing had in many years. Before my mind had a chance to interpret what my spirit was saying he stopped and asked me to stand. "My name is Jerry Gaffney," he replied as he shook my hand. "You're being called.'' I hardly knew what that meant.
Yet as the weeks and months were to be determined...my whole life was about to change by the will and favor of God.
I went home that night and arose the next morning, when my wife spoke to me about breakfast. I found I couldn't speak to her even when I wanted to. My mouth just couldn't speak. All that was present in the room was my spirit. My flesh had totally died. I had never experienced that before. Obviously an anointing had passed thru the hand shake the previous night.
I hurried to attend the next meeting. That night I heard the most awesome preaching I had ever heard.....that we could also walk as Jesus had walked, with all his promises of conquering whatever we had to fight. And since we were also son's of God, we had all authority in heaven and earth just like jesus had. WOW!!! What a wonderful truth! The light just came on.
Like most people who attended "church" as I had, we received the most important part...salvation...but no one ever told me about "THE
FIRE".....the manifest presence of God.
We had all at one time or another heard about what God had done for "Moses" and the Jewish people coming out of Egypt. But could that
same God operate in all his power and majesty today. What I was about to hear and wittness melted me through the floor.
As i listened to the most eloquently prepared and spoken serman I had ever heard my spirit rose in me saying this evangelist Jerry Gaffney was more studied, devoted, and prayed up than anyone I had ever known. And his integrity was unquestionably the cornerstone of Jesus in every way. His thoughts, his words, his movements, his mind, and most of all his heart were none other than the manifest presence of Jesus. I stood in a prayer line, and as he took my hand again he prophetically spoke my past with precise accuracy, with the love and compassion of Jesus where there was no condemnation, only a love that penetrated my heart and soul.....A love not possible in earthly humanity. I allowed it farther and farther in to places no one had ever
been able to reach and with a trust I was never able to give another.
This is an experience you must encounter! I watched each person be touched by God,.....many falling down in his presence. The compassionate face of Jesus kept drawing me down the line behind others to grasp yet another glimpse of the full power and presence of the spirit of God. This was the glory of God being unveiled in a church that welcomed his presence, and reverenced his holiness. I went into the spirit and wept for those who were experiencing this gift and prayed that all the world could feel what i was feeling and see miracle after miracle.....blind eyes opened, deaf ears unstopped, devils cast out and people set free in love and joy. I knew right away by confirmation in my spirit that this is what I was brought here for. THIS WAS MY MOMENT.....THIS IS WHAT I WAS BORN TO DO! This was heaven on earth. Now I knew God!!!
I was a general contractor for 15 years. I had built about 110 homes.
I knew there had to be something more. I found out how much more at these services. Now my whole life is devoted to reaching more people...with the manifest presence of God. Come see it for yourself....."ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN."

I fully support this ministry. There is truly none finer.

We give Jesus all the Praise and all the Glory. Isn't it so wonderful when Jesus touches us.
