FCC ruling on cursing

Why are we trying to debase our society as much as possible? It seems like those in positions of authority are undermining what the majority really want, Christians and non-believers as well. It appears to be that we want to thumb our nose at God and all that is good and moral, universal beliefs as well, in what's right and wrong, and the populus has to tolerate goodness being stripped from all around us. TV is suppose to be something good, relaxing, and family time. Not a place to feel uncomfortable and uneasy because you don't know, what phrases or inuendos are going to be made next? It's embarassing, I can't even sit w/ my 17 yr. old stepdaughter or mother, and watch nearly anything anymore, we're all uncomfortable with what might be said, and this FCC ruling on the "f" word, only makes it worse. Thanks FCC, for taking more innocence, more security and and more enjoyment out of TV.
