prayer for release

Please pray for me. I am a gambler. I spend money I don't have and I'm tired of it. I am a sinner. I cuss and lie and need relief from my sins.

There is such complete relief available!
I was a mess and my mother told me to sit down in a chair and have Jesus sit in another chair and just say what you want to say to him.
That didn't work for me, but I took a drive in my car, and put Jesus in the passenger seat. I just poured my heart out.
(I was crying too hard to drive. I went someplace and parked.)
I told him how sick I was of the whole thing. I told him what a crud I was, how much I wanted to change and how I didn't feel like he was helping me. I told him that I needed him to jump in and DO something. On & on & on...
Jesus loves you and will listen. You can't say the wrong thing. He already knows all your heart and thoughts. Get real with him.
HE WILL HELP. In a very practical way. Try it.
