Why is it that some people fall under the power of God and others feel him strongly but don't fall or cry or get happy? I've seen people who get saved that night and get touched by God very strongly and others who have been christians for years and they don't even feel him or feel him that strongly.

First it is not by feeling it is by faith. But to answer your question - There is always a war between the Spirit and the Flesh. A lot of people are afraid to let the Lord touch them that way.
