The whole school is touched

My Dearest Friends,
It truely breaks my heart to bring this news of sadness to you. Even though you did not know him, a very good friend to me was killed in an accident Friday night. He was a 17 year old sophmore at my school, and he has truely left in me and so many others a gift, of true love and friendship. This is a trajedy upon another. Today, at my school, students were allowed to leave 15 minutes early for lunch, provided they donate to a school fund. This is just to show you what a truely spectacular kid my friend was. Hundreds of kids stormed the halls, but were all barracaded at his memorial. I am talking probably 400+ kids were jammed into the hall as one girl spoke of a friend she knew. Like it or not, we were so tightly packed in, that even if anyone wanted to, they could not escape. Most of those students stayed for the 15 minutes they paid to get out early, myself included, and listened. Many tears were released, and memories re-lived. The reason that I am asking is that if you read this, I ask you to please join in our prayers. There will be a prayer vigil tonight, in which I only pray I can get a chance to speak. Tomorrow, at 2:00 Central time, the funeral will take place, and we will again open our hearts in prayer. I can only ask that everyone of you whom reads this say a prayer, even a short one, that his family be comforted in his memory. I can sum up my friend in a few words: If I could only have half the characted her had, I would be more than I even wanted to be. Will you please pray for comfort and love in our time of need? Dear wonderful father will you please be with this school in their loss and show them your love and acceptance that you soo have. Show them confert and suport and that everything will work out. Turn their school around lord. I pray for a spiritual move in that school. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Our Dearest Heavenly Father; God, please grant comfort and peace to this young mans family and friends that he has left behind. Lord you know the dispair that a early death brings, but let there be joy in knowing that he has gone to a better place, to live with you Lord. Let his death be a wake up call to all of his non-christian friends and let his life be a testamony to you. We ask this in your wonderful sons name, Jesus Christ, Amen

Let the peace of Christ rule and reign in all of their hearts, Lord--family and friends alike. Comfort each and every one. May these good mem-
ories be a comfort. Help his legacy be that he is an inspiration to all he left behind. Draw many to You, thorugh this situation, Jesus, as they reflect on the shortness of life. Do not let people play with Crhistianity but get serious about following You, Lord, that they may be in heaven with You one day. Embrace his loved ones and freinds with Your love and comfort in the days to come, and heal them all as quickly as possible.
