I have made myself a Prayer Book and have either gathered or created a variety of prayers and confessions for almost everything. I was redoing the book this weekend and God impressed upon me to share these for whomever wants them. So here's the first one for you to copy and use as needed. Be BLESSED!
Confessional Prayer for Healing
"Father God, I thank You for our Living Word. You said that Your Word is LIFE to those who find it and MEDICINE to all their flesh. Today, by my CONFESSION, I apply Your Word to my body by giving it voice. You said in Psalms 139:14 that I am fearfully and wonderfully made and that Your works are MARVELOUS. I declare that I was created by You and I am a marvelous creation! I speak to sickness and disease and conditions today and proclaim that according to Philippians 2:10 that they must BOW DOWN to the mighty Name of the LORD Jesus Christ. Every name in heaven, on earth and under the earth bows its knee to the name of Jesus. I speak to my body today and declare that I have authority over it. I command it to receive the Word of God. Matthew 8:17 says Jesus bore my sickness and took my infirmities. I thank You, Father, that the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in me and makes ALIVE my mortal body. I speak to my immune system and command it to line up with the Word of God. My immune system will DESTROY sickness and disease in my body and perform its job, for this is what God created it to do. I thank You, Father, that every cell in my body responds to Your Word. Your Word PERMEATES my body from the top of my head to the soles of my feet. I confess that the Word of God is being made flesh in me. Psalms 103:3 declares that You, Father, forgave ALL my iniquities and healed ALL my diseases. Father that is Your confession and I make it my confession also. I don’t judge by the SIGHT OF MY EYES or the feelings of my body, but I judge only by Your Living Word. It is Your Word that lives in me and brings health and healing to every part of my body. I rejoice at Your PROMISE of divine health. You said it and I believe it! Today, I declare that I will see Your promise of healing manifest in my body. Healing is mine because Jesus paid the price 2,000 years ago. God so loved me that He sent His Son to die on the cross so I could experience life on God’s terms, His abundant life manifesting in me, making me whole — body, soul and spirit!"

Father God, I thank you that I and all my brothers and sisters in Christ are saved (John 10:9), delivered (Col. 1:3), healed (Acts 9:34) and abundantly blessed according to our covenant through Abraham, by whom we have been grafted (Romans 11:17). Thank you Father that we are children of God (John 1:12), we are Christ’s friend (John 15:15), we are justified (Romans 5:1), bought with a price and members of Christ’s body (1 Cor. 12:27), saints (Eph. 1:1), adopted as God’s children (Eph. 1:5), redeemed and forgiven of all our sin (Col. 1:14) and complete in Christ (Col. 2:10). I thank You that we are free from all condemnation (Romans 8:1-2), that all things work together for our good (Romans 8:28), that we cannot be separated from the love of God (Romans 8:38), that we have been established, anointed and sealed by God (2 Cor. 1:21-22), that we are hidden with Christ in God (Col. 3:3), that the good work You began in us will be perfected (Phil. 1:6), that we’re citizens of Heaven (Phil. 3:20), that we do not have a spirit of fear, but of power, and love and sound mind (2 Tim. 1:7), that we find mercy and grace in time of need (Heb. 4:16) and that we are born of God and the evil one cannot touch us! I thank You that we are the salt and light of the earth (Matt. 5:13-14), that we’re branches of the True Vine (John 15:1), that we’ve been appointed to bear fruit (John 15:16), that we’re personal witnesses of Christ (Acts 1:8), God’s temple (1 Cor. 3:16), new creatures in Christ (2 Cor. 5:17), seated with Christ in the heavenly realm (Eph. 2:6), that we have the mind of Christ (Phil. 2:5), that we are loved with an everlasting love (Jer. 31:3), loved with a patient and kind love (1 Cor. 13:4), cherished (Eph. 5:29), protected (1 Pet. 1:5), that You delight in us (Num. 14:8), that we’re the apple of Your eye (Deut. 32:10), that You knew us before we were born (Jer. 1:5), that Your plans for us are not for harm, but for a hope and a future (Jer. 29:11), that You know the number of hairs on our heads (Matt. 10:30), that no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isa. 54:17), that You are our Abba Father (Gal. 8:6), that You will never leave us or forsake us (Heb. 13:5)! I thank You that we produce the fruit of the Spirit which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, self-control and faithfulness (Gal. 5:22) and that we crucify the flesh (Gal. 5:19). I thank You that we walk in obedience (James 14:15), that we’re thankful in all circumstances (Psalms 95:2), that our faith is strong and unbending (Romans 10:17), (Ephesians 5:22). Thank You Father that we are sheep of Your pasture (Psa. 100:3), that You anoint us with oil until our cup overflows (Psa. 23:5), that we hear Your voice and follow only You (John 10:3-5), that You are our Shield (Psa. 18:30), our High Tower and Deliverer (Psa. 144:2), our Glory and the Lifter of our head (Psa. 3:3) and that we’re ever-changing from glory to glory (2 Cor. 3:18). I boldly confess that I place all my trust and confidence in the Lord and I put no confidence in the flesh - I declare myself to be dependent upon God. I know that I cannot save myself, nor set myself free by my own efforts and resources. I know that apart from Christ I can do nothing. I know that all temptation is an attempt to get me to live my life independently from God, but God has provided a way of escape. I consciously and deliberately choose to submit to God and resist the devil by denying myself, picking up my cross daily and following Jesus. I know that my soul was not designed by God to function as master. I know that rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and insubordination is an iniquity and idolatry. I choose to humble myself before the mighty hand of God that He may exalt me at the proper time. I know that God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble. I declare the truth that I am dead to sin, freed from it and alive to God in Christ Jesus, because I have died with Christ and was raised with Him. I know that the law and all my best efforts are unable to impart life, and that Jesus came to give me life. I gladly embrace the truth that I am now a child of God, who is unconditionally loved and accepted. I reject the lie that I have to perform to be accepted, and I reject my fallen and natural identity which was derived from the world. I know that it is not what I do that determines who I am, but who I am that determines what I do. I declare that sin shall no longer be master over me because I am not under the law, but under grace; and there is no more guilt or condemnation because I am spiritually alive in Christ Jesus. I am a servant of a new Covenant, not of the letter, but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. I renounce every unrighteous rise of my body, and I commit myself to no longer be conformed to this world, but rather to be transformed by the renewing of my mind. I choose to believe the truth and walk in it, regardless of my feelings or circumstances. I know that before I came to Christ my mind was programmed according to this world and I used my body as an instrument of unrighteousness thereby allowing sin to reign in my mortal body. I commit myself to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. I choose to think upon that which is true, honorable, right, pure and lovely. I know that the Holy Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons. I commit myself to God's great goal for my life to conform to His image. I know that I will face many trials, but God has given me the victory. I am not a victim, but an overcomer in Christ. The grace of God will enable me to triumph over every trial resulting in proven character!

Prayer for Deliverance
Father God, in the Name of the LORD Jesus, by His blood, by His Word, by His Spirit, and by His faith, I apply the blood of Jesus over my life, over my home, over my ministry. I renounce every single negative word that I’ve spoken over my life and I take those words to the cross and I cancel them in the name of Jesus.
Every curse or negative word that was spoken over me from other people, other Christians, from my parents, from my spouse, from my children, from my friends and acquaintances or any authorities or authority figures and I nail them to the cross, I cancel those words in the name of Jesus and I forgive those who spoke them over me.
Any word spoken by people moving in divination or as servants of the enemy, I take them to the cross and I cancel them in the name of Jesus. Every generational curse I take to the cross and cancel in the name of Jesus. And I put the blood of Jesus, in this moment, over my life, over my offspring and the generations that follow, and I declare that we are a generation of blessings for the nations of the world in the name of Jesus!

Prayer for the Body of Christ
Father God, in the Name of the LORD Jesus, by His blood, by His Word, by His Spirit, and by His faith, I pray and declare that Your church is a church with a passion for You, for Your Spirit, for Your gifts, for Your manifest presence and glory, a people who seek Your face, who hunger and thirst for You above all else, who pray continuously, who serve humbly, who desire the things of You rather than the things of the world, who demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit, who crucify the flesh, who are filled with Your Spirit daily, who are thankful in all circumstances, who are grateful, who worship You in Spirit and in truth, who give generously, who are obedient, who seek Your will in all things and who walk in love always.
I speak prophetically into the life of every believer and their situations: their households, health, marriages, finances, children, grandchildren, parents, siblings, and ministries are blessed; spouses and other unsaved loved ones are saved and spirit-filled; mortgages and debts are paid and cancelled; heart’s desires are manifesting, according to Your perfect will and plan for their lives in Jesus name. I apply the blood of Jesus upon every believer, their property and possessions, the church building, property and possessions and pray hedges of protection upon the same. I dispatch God’s angels today to guard and protect the same in the name of Jesus. I speak a special powerful anointing over pastors, teachers, evangelists, prophets, apostles and every true believer. I pray that they are abundantly blessed in health and prosperity, that no weapon formed against them will prosper, that they will walk in faith, not fear, that they manifest Your power and authority, that their spirit, mind and body is covered in the blood of Christ, that they seek after righteousness, pursue holiness, hear and obey Your voice in every situation in Jesus name.
I cancel every plan of satan, and bind, cast off and cast out every spirit of apathy, envy, division, depression, strife, anger, bitterness, fear, pride, addiction, illness and disease, idolatry, witchcraft or torment from every person, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. In Jesus name I pray. AMEN

CLOSING DEMONIC DOORS
Father God, I confess to you my involvement in [name the group(s) and/or activities]. I recognize that such a this is an abomination to You and detestable in Your sight. I humbly ask Your forgiveness for this sin. I ask You to close any doors opened to the demonic realm as the result of my actions and to cleanse me from my sins and close the doorway forever with the precious blood of Jesus. I ask that any and all demonic seeds sown as a result of this to be pulled out at the root and burned. I ask for this and thank You for it, in Jesus’ name.
STANDING IN THE GAP BY COUNTER PETITION
Father God, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ, my LORD, and claim [name the person], who is my inheritance, which You promised to give me in Psalms 2:8 [if the person is your child or spouse]. Satan may not have [name them]. I ask You Father, to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, so that they can see the light of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Amen
BREAKING BLINDNESS IN UNBELIEVERS WHO LIVE WITH YOU
I take authority in the name of Jesus Christ, my LORD, and bind you demons now and command you to remove the veil of blindness from the mind of [name the person] and loose [name the person] and let [name the person] go NOW. My house is committed to the LORD and is holy ground. You are trespassers and may not function here. I command you to leave and never return, in the name of Jesus!
PRAYER OF FORGIVENESS
Father God, I now forgive [name person or persons.] I forgive them for [whatever way they hurt your or your family or others.] I now release them to You and ask that You heal the hurt in my heart associated with this. Thank You God. Amen
PRAYER OF FORGIVENESS FOR GENERATIONAL IDOLATRY
Father God, I now repent for the sins of my fathers to the third and fourth and even to the 10 generations. Forgive all forms of idolatrous worship such as [name any known ways your family worshipped idols or anything or anyone other than God]. Forgive me for this sin and release my family from the curses associated with it. Thank You God. Amen
PRAYER TO BREAK GENERATIONAL CURSES
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I now apply the power of the blood of the Lamb and say that nothing by any means shall harm me as I pray this prayer, nor will anything cause harm to my family or any of our possessions. I repent for the generational sins committed by my family to the third, fourth and even 10 generations for the following things: [name them one by one as the Holy Spirit reveals them to you]. I renounce any oaths spoken by family members during their involvement in and/or with any secret societies, occult or cult groups. I break off of me and my family: the curses of poverty, insanity, illegitimacy, infirmity, gluttony, depression, adultery, infidelity, alcoholism, suicide, un-worthiness as well as [fill in any others God reveals to you]. I repent for all demonic involvement and release myself and my family from all demonic attachments that may have come through any of the above involvement in those things that bring curses. I forbid these spirits from manifesting, in Jesus’ name, or harming me or my loved ones in any way. In the name of Jesus Christ, I command all demonic spirits to loose me, including the spirits of [speak out any specific spirits the Holy Spirit reveals to you]. I command any and all spirit guides to loose me and let me go. I also command all familiar spirits to leave. We no longer need you in our family, in Jesus’ name. I break the spirit of death and all curses of death sent or spoken against me or my family, knowingly or unknowingly. You spirit of [name it, suicide, etc], I command you to leave me now. I thank You, Father God, that I and my family are now CLEAN and FREE of all demons, demonic activity, curses and foul spirits. I ask that you fill us continually with the power of the Holy Spirit. Let the river flow! Amen! [Possible generational things which might have opened demonic doors may include, but are not limited to, involvement in: hypnosis, amulets, astral projection, astrology, magic, clairvoyance, drugs, dungeons & dragons, ouija board, mediums, psychics, palm reading, tarot cards, telepathy, voodoo, witchcraft, yoga, seances, numerology, mind or thought control, kabala, horoscopes, ESP, horror movies/books/games, fetishes, fortune telling, channeling, cutting; cults such as mormonism, EST, Masons, Jehovah Witnesses, New Age, Scientology; false religions such as Islam, Buddism, Taoism, Silva Mind Control, Hinduism, Bahaism, Transendental Mediation, etc.]
