My cell phone rang while I was in class last night. It was my partner Ramiro. I wasn't able to talk to him, so I don't know what he wanted. He said he would call me back today. I don't know if he will though. I don't know what will become of my investment house. I provided documents on the house to the bankruptcy trustee showing my partner Ramiro as a Trust and how he and others have interests in the house. I do believe God is taking charge of this matter. This is a matter that is in ICU or Open Heart Surgery. I have left it alone for God to take care of because only he knows how to clean this mess up. Ramiro hasn't called me for over a month. Its not my fault he didn't pay the mortgage on the investment house. Its not my fault that he has failed to get it sold before I filed for bankruptcy. He can't get me for screwing him. I refuse to believe that God is not ensuring my best in this matter. Please pray for God to continue to work out everything concerning this. Pray for the ultimate victory and the most wonderful, awesome, beneficial outcome fo rnot only me, but all other parties involved. Pray that God has a surprise regarding this matter beyond what I could possibly wish or think. Pray that God takes complete charge of the situation and that everything happens in my favor (Which would be to keep my bankruptcy but get my house back and then to get it sold so everyone can benefit) and for his ultimate Glory! Pray for God's altimate provision and for all things to work out for good. God bless you all.

Ramiro called me and I believe God is working in this situation. God doesn't want us to lose this house or for either of us to get screwed. I believe strongly and am that God is siding with Ramiro for a special outcome that will benefit us all! We will get this house sold!!! Where there is a will there is a way, for nothing is impossible with God! I just got a notice in the mail today regarding my investment house. I don't really understand what it means. It states that it is a Motion for Order Granting Relief from Automatic Stay. Whatever that means!
I hope it is a chance for me to get it sold. I hope it means that it is a chance for me to get the house back. Ramiro and I really want to get this house sold so that we can recieve our victory as well as pay back the investors. Keep praying for God's absolute super duper best in this for everyone's ultimate benefit and for God's ultimate glory. God bless.

Here's the latest update:

I called my lawyer to ask him what motion for release from automatic stay meant. He said it gives the mortgage company the right to go ahead and foreclose. I asked him if my parter's investors could take posession of the house if they paid the mortgage in full. He said that I would have to speak to the opposing attourney and work it out with her. I have not heard from Ramiro since I spoke with my lawyer regarding this. Please pray that God has his ultimate victory in this and sees to it that Ramiro and his investors cut an agreement with the opposing lawyer that will work out for us. Thank you God Bless.

I went to court yesterday and got a court order to kick the squatters out! I spoke with my partner about the Motion to grant Relief of Automatic Stay, which would allow the primary mortgage company to foreclose on the home and he said "No Problem! I can make arrangements with the Law Firm that is handling it and my Investors can buy it from them!" I knew God would work something out! Please keep praying for God's ultimate victory in this matter and that the investors are able to buy the house out of the enemy law firm's clutches with their money before its too late. I have a hearing regarding this house on September 17th. My partner is aware of this.
