I earnestly ask of you to pray that God mercifully provides for my trip to Gatlinburg TN with my dear best friend Rachel. This trip is supposed to take place on October 14-17th. It is the fifth anniversary of our friendship. I have not been on a trip with Rachel for two years, breaking a record. My finances have not allowed for me to take her on a trip for quite some time. My finances are now slowly getting better. I am supposed to be getting my investment house sold hopefuly before the end of this month. If so, I can use some of the proceeds to pay for this trip. I emotionally need this trip very badly. I have been under a lot of stress. This trip is to enrich our souls, spirits and minds, as we enjoy God's creation and the splendor and spirit of community and culture in the Gatlinburg area. This is a trip to fellowship with not only each other but with God. This trip I know in my heart is God's will. It will get us both closer to him as we celebrate our friendship and God's gift of beauty. I have not gotten extra money to save up for this trip. I am counting on God to provide me the extra funds needed and to fully bless this trip and to see to it by the power of his grace that everything goes beautifully. God told me in my heart that he would get me the needed funds even if it has to be at the stroke of midnight. This trip is not a luxury, but an emotional need for us both. I need it for my mental health so I can come back with a fresh perspective on life. Please pray that God grants my hearts desires, especially since I believe strongly that they are in line with his will. We will be doing Christian as well as secular activities down there. Pray that God God awesomely and abudantly and beautifully blesses this trip beyond what we could possibly ask for or hope for. God bless you all.

janet...are you staying in a hotel....if so book early because those dates are in the prime season for gatlinburg since the leaves are changing.....it is a beautiful time in gatlinburg...but rates are a little higher than say like 2 or three weeks later....dollywood is doing a craft fair too i think....i will be praying for god to supply your finances....and i hope you have a great time...you deserve to

Hi Lisa. The hotel I am staying in has been booked for many months. I got free accomodations there for taking a tour of a condo in Atlantic City last year in July. The main prize was for two sets of airline tickets. The secondary prize was free accomodations to a meager selection of locations, from which I choose Gatlinburg. Rachel and I went through a lot of trouble to take that tour. We had trouble finding the place, not to mention I was broke. Luckily another prize was for a free buffet for 2. I almost didn't have enough to get home. I had to take off work to take the tour. They called me three times and the first two I said no. Finally they talked me into taking the tour when they called me back the third time. I have sewn seed all right. I had to write a check for a deposit in the amount of $50 last year. I will be getting it back when I take the trip. The check bounced! So I called them up and charged the deposit plus the returned check fee. I believe and expect to reap big. This is another reason I am boldly going before the throne of God for this trip. I already forfieted one of the airline ticket trips because I couldn't afford it. (You have to pay for 7 nights of accommodations for the free airline tickets! ) God willing, I am hoping he will provide with an awesome harvest, which he promised, so I won't have to part with the second airline ticket trip. I have cut way back on travel I mean way back! I know I went to Disney World a while back, but I had free accomodations down there too. I have been thanking God over and over for that past trip. I know he will have mercy on this trip! I am expecting my investment house to be sold this month, because the buyers have the money to pay for it, but it has to be released from bankruptcy. God whispered to me as I thanked him for my past trips acknowledging his mercy and kindness and favor on my past trips, while asking for mercy on this trip, and he said "You will have a nice time." I know God spoke to me in my heart that the money to pay for this trip will come out of the proceeds for the house sale. This will make it all that more of a special victory and the Gatlinburg trip will be an awesome way to celebrate that victory! Whoo Hoo! I look forward to what God has in store for me! I feel good about this! God gave me the love and deep desire of travel, so I could admire his creation and his people. This will be an awesome trip for God's Glory! Pray hard! God Bless you.

I'm about to go absolutely CRAZY ! I've been without my car for six days! I had a terrible time in court with the squatters! I can't take it anymore! I need to get out of here! Please, I have been under way too much stress, due to no fault of my own! I emotionally need this trip! I need to get away and relax! I need some peace of mind before I have a nervous breakdown! I need time to rejuvenate, refresh, and renew my mind as I enjoy a beautiful, lovely spirit filled journey to the mountains. It will be a time to enrich my sould and lift my spirits as I fellowship with Rachel and my Lord. I'm going to lose it if I don't take this trip! Please pray that Satan absolutely does not take it from me! He's lying through my circumstances telling me that I will have to cancel my trip! Nothing can stop me from going on this trip! Nothing! Please pray that God awesomely, abundantly, provides for this trip above and beyond what we could possibly ask or think or hope for! That this trip is better than we hoped. We Lived in Knoxville, 40 miles away from the Smokies, I got the blessing of life to just drive up the every day, I was in a Passion Play for 3 years in Townsend,Tn on the west side of the smokies, We had a Bakery/cafe , Did many Wedding Cakes in eastTennessee, If you are in Knoxville on Cedar Bluff south from I-40 about 3 to 5 mile on the right is a Chruch call Knoxville Christian Center Pastor Barry Culberson, tell them hello from the Bill & Carrie, man, " me be missing them.KCC."

Now I am really home sick. WA! WA! be gone two years WAAAA!

Thank you Debbie for praying. I cannot lose this trip. It means everything to me! This trip can't be cancelled! I am scared because since I have had to pay extra for car parts and such, I fear that I will come up short for the trip. Please pray that God abundantly provides for this trip in the form of extra funds (my friend is sending me money), that they arrive in the mail in time and for money saving opportunities. Pray that we do all the things that matter the most to us (i.e. Dollywood) Pray that this trip is awesomely blessed to the fullest, beyond what we could possibly hope for or ask for. That everything goes in my favor. The trip is in two days. We are supposed to leave this Thursday. Please pray that God sends his mightiest army of angels to insure that we are kept safe and protected during the trip.
