Hi All!

As I was looking through the forums this last week I noticed that there had not been any posts for the men and women who are fighting in the war zones of Iraq and Afghanistan (or anywhere else for that matter).

The violence has been escalating this last couple of weeks and we have not been praying for them!

I find that appalling!

There have been two men murdered by terrorists yet there was only a few who prayed for their release or Salvation.

I find that heart breaking!

We have been praying every day for the President and I would like to ask us all to start praying for the men and women who are fighting, living and dying in the war zones.

Our prayers can make a difference!

God alone can cause Peace in these war torn countries and He can only move to put a stop to the horror when His people come to Him in pray to ask for mercy and peace.

When we pull together the load moves easily. Please let us come together in prayer to move the heart of terror and replace it with the love of God.

Father, I come to stand in the gap for the men and women in the war zones. Holy Spirit, move in the hearts of the terrorists to bring them to repentance and salvation. Protect the men and women who are in danger from terror and reveal the snares and traps before they are sprung so that people do not die and are not hurt. Open the eyes of the guardians to see the bombs and the bomers. Open the eyes and ears of the spirits of all those in the war zones to hear the Word of Salvation through Jesus! Prepare the hearts and minds to hear of the love of Jesus! Work in the hearts and lives of the people in the war torn lands to bring them to Jesus! Father I ask for the killing to stop. The hands of terrorist to be tied and if they will not repent I ask that they be revealed and captured and brought to justice for what they have done. Father, stop the killing. Stop the maiming and deaths of innocents. Protect the children. Bring peace to the war zones and bring the souls of the people to Jesus.

Father you said there would be wars and rumors of wars. You also gave us the gift of your son Jesus Christ. Through his name, we can send out prayers up to you. We pray for the men and women fighting in these war zones. We send up prayer for the civilians living in these areas. I pray for their safety. I pray that the rebels who have persecuted this people are routed out so peace may prevail. I pray for christians that they may worship God in freedom and in safety. Bring salvation like a light in the dark to this land.

Lord, I would ask for protection of our troops that are in harms way. Please let them be shielded with the holy Spirit and kept protected. Please let there be a peaceful resolution to this conflict in the future so that our borthers and sisters in uniform can come home.

Father, I pray for our men and women in the various war zones. Father, I pray that a hedge of protection is placed around all of the troops and civilians. May Your angels encamp there. May they be safe from all harms and dangers. I pray for the terrorist as well that they will see that these tactics are senseless and that they will stop. I pray for their personal salvation that they will stop these actions and turn to You. Father, I just pray for peace to prevail in all of this in both of these nations, Afghanistan and Iraq. Thank you Carol for this post. I hadn't thought to check and I don't keep up with the news on the war as I need to focus on what God has told me about my soldier. And not what horrible things are happening over there. So I am glad you decided to do this one.


Father,
I pray for everyone of those men and women who are over in the east fighting a war that is more spiritual than physical. Father give them the wisdom to fight not just a physical war but a spiritual one. I ask you to keep my friend David safe while he is there as he will be leaving soon for one of those places Carol mentioned. I pray you will keep him safe and send him home for his 2 week leave so he can meet his new baby girl. As she will be joining us soon. Father, I pray for my frined Rhonda's husband Rob keep him safe and give him a christian friend to stand with him in this time of battle. Also, give David someone to stand with him also. Who knows maybe Rob and David will be working in the same area and be the one to hold the other up. Anyway you want father, give them other christian men to stand with them. Give them strength and keep their minds and hearts from the evil in that place. Gaurd not only their lifes but their spirits and minds from the enemy of their souls as I know you have done for my soldier. FAther, hug them everyday and let them know you are there when we and teir family can't be. Give them peace in a very unpeacful place. In Jesus Name, AMen

Father I stand in the gap for the men and women in the war zones. I don't care if they are soldiers or contractors or civilians who love the country or the residents! I stand for the killing to stop, the terror to stop, the bombings to stop. I stand for the Salvation of the Countries! I stand against the powers, principalities, demonic forces and familiar spirits of those who live, work or visit the war zones. Lord I even stand for the media personnel who are there whether they agree with me or not. I speak Salvation to their souls. Holy Spirit, I free You to move on the hearts and lives of the people in the war zones. Bring them to Salvation in Jesus and stop the killings and the abductions. In the Name of Jesus! AMEN!

Father, I have heard the news again in Baghdad and it is again awful. Various car bombs going off, death toll rising. My heart is saddened by it all. Father, I know that these terrorist don't know You. If they did they would not being doing these senseless killings on a daily basis. My heart grieves. I pray for salvation for these terrorist. I pray for their souls. Father, I pray that their eyes will open and that they will see that destruction that they are doing is not right, it is spiritually wrong. Again, Father I pray for their souls. I pray for salvation for these terrorist. May these senseless killing cease.

Father, as always, I pray for our men and woman soldiers, cilivians, and citizens of Iraq and Afghanistan. I pray that they are safe from all harms. I pray that angels are covering them as they go to and fro in each country. If any of them have not given their lives to You, I pray that they do so as You are real.

Father, I come into agreement with Nina for the Salvations of the terrorists! and for the safety of the men and women in harms way! In the Name of Jesus! AMEN!

Father, still praying for our the safety of our troops, civilians and citizens of both Aghanistan and Iraq. Continue to keep Your mighty hand of protection upon them.

May they terrorists eyes open to all of the killings that they are doing. It is just senseless. May they turn to You. They need salvation. I pray that they see that and come to You.

Father, I come again today to stand in the gap for the men and women and children in the war zones. Father, stop the killing. stop the kidnapping. stop the assassinations. bring peace to the war torn lands. release angels to minister to the people and prepare their hearts and ears to hear the Word of Salvation! Bring them to Jesus for thier Salvation and Deliverance from the hands of the principalities and powers of hate, war, and death.

Father, I ask for the life of Kenneth Bigley. I want his Salvation so bad I can taste it. Holy Spirit, prepare him for release from the hands of terror and prepare him to hear that Jesus Loves Him! and offers him Salvation and Deliverance!

Father, I ask for the group of ten women who have been abducted by the terrorists! Father! men like that are not adverse to rape and mutilation and I stand firmly in the gap against the spirits of rape, mutilation, torture and pain and fear! Jesus, go to these women and release them from their captors! Send angels to make a way to freedom for them! Holy Spirit, work in their hearts and lives to quickly bring them to Jesus and Salvation! I ask for the lives and Salvations of these women in the Name of Jesus!

Father, please send more intercessors to pray for the people in the war zones. I stand in the gap for the intercessors, move on their hearts to pray for the troops and other people in the dangerous areas of the world. Keep them safe so they will pray.

I stand in the gap for the men, women and children of the war zone. Lord send the Holy Spirit to work in the war torn countrues, lives and hearts for the Salvation of the people. Send legions of angels to defuse and reveal the traps, bombs and killers to the light of the world for removal. Send the angels to surround those who are trying to bring peace to the land to fight for them and minister to them. Stop the killing, abductions and terror.
