While not directly related to dreams, numbers can play an important part in them. Has anyone been seeing numbers match-up beyond the chances of mere coincidence?

The reason I ask is my wife and I have been seeing 11:11, 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, etc. for over two years. And it has been more than just time to it.

-My mom passed away Jan. 12, 2004 at 11:11, she was 66, my dad 77, the funeral homes address was 222. (Which I thought would be the fulfillment of it, but there was more.)
-Our tithe would come out to 1,111.
-Our little church's entire offering, in the evening service, that very night this happened to us came to be 1,111.
-You go up the highway to exit 11, turn go one mile west on that highway - to exits 11A & 11B (Bill and Alexis ) where we live just off the highway!
-People who hang around for very long start to notice it as well - far beyond any probability of it being a chance.
-People would email us 11:11
-Receipts and bills would come up to 1111, etc.
-The number 1 is the number of the God-Head.
-The number 11 is the number of prophecy/number of revelation and transition.
-Josheph was the 11th son of Jacob. (I have known for a while I have a Joseph anointing/calling on my life)
-111 X 8=888 IESOUS (Jesus in Greek) - 8 is the number of new beginnings/upright infinity (both of which point to Jesus)
I have several ideas to what this might be. What do you guys think?

I have been seeing these numbers for years...ever since I was saved in 1987.

The 111 or 1111 is Hebrews 11. 1 "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Often, when I am waiting on the Lord, this number appears...many times at odd places. It always reminds me that God is faithful.

333....Jeremiah 33.3....About prayer and how God reveals "great and mighty things"

222 Gen 22.2 "And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man." Reminds me that the Lord knows best and the man and woman are special to God.

The number 222 means something to me. I have a daughter who was born at 2:22 AM 6 1/2 years ago this month. And ever since, I've seen that number everywhere. Mainly on clocks. It's usually 2:22 or 3:33. I just thought it was some wierd coincidence. The doctors say she is autistic. This tears me up, because I want her to have the mind to know who God is and have a relationship with Him. I want her to understand so she will be a christian and be taken care of by Jesus and go to heaven. I want her to know all the joys of Jesus. The Gen. 222 verse made me feel a little better. But I still don't understand any of this. I speak freedom and healing over her everyday, and believe that she be "normal" everyday.

Hello again! Thanks for your post. This phenomena has been studied, and it is mathematically impossible to see number match-up like that on a consistent basis. It is definitely a sign, probably even a reminder that the ONE in whom you have placed your trust is ever-present.

Unfortunately doctors, God bless them, only "practice" medicine. Their is one true physician - Jesus!

I am posting this as a favor to brother Bill as he thought it might be a blessing to others. I know I have been blessed by it for years and I feel a very special bond to our Lord since receiving it the Holy Spirit.

There’s a story behind the number 8 in my user name Prayer Warrior 8888888. Once while a group of women and myself were in the upper room for our Sat .morning prayer session something rather different happened to me. Usually as we prayed in the spirit we would receive things from the Holy Spirit which we were to pray jointly to be obedient to what He wanted for the day. As we received we would write what we on a board and share it for prayer and of course warfare.

For the whole time there all I kept seeing in the spirit was the number
8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8.

I finally relented feeling self-conscious and wrote it on the board. After much prayer none of us could come up with anything. I left a little more than puzzled but thought if He gave it to me it meant something.



When we left the ‘upper room’ we immediately ran into our Pastor Smith. He was usually not around at this time. I went to him and asked him what he thought the number 8 represented. He simply stated, “Jesus.” Good enough for me. The 7 - 8’s represent spiritual completion in Him. I have always attached the number 8 in anyway possible to my identity. I feel a very special bond in this.


God is the Master Mathematician. He loves using numbers and it His number game. He is so entertaining!

What does 5555 and 1414 mean? I wrote a check at the grocery store for $55.55 and the check number was 1414. It just struck me weird when it happened. My only thoughts were, "is God trying to get my attention?" I have alot of health issues going on with my youngest daughter right now and my mind gets preoccupied at times. Any insite?

Very interesting! I have an interest in numbers as well. Your Pastor Smith sounds very wise. Could you get some more information about the "Noah Company?"

Here is what I found out about the 888.
-111 X 8=888 IESOUS (Jesus in Greek) - 8 is the number of new beginnings/upright infinity (both of which point to Jesus)
-7 does mean completion and, or perfection (Which God is! ) It also means the 7 spirits of God, as in Revelation.

I use numbers all the time to help me interpret dreams. It is very interesting - as God is the God of numbers - and he uses them, encodes them everywhere!

I know this is a very special message from the Lord. May greater revelations come from the Lord about this special message in your walk!

If you have been seeing these numbers beyond what would be reasonable. Example, I just by "chance" noticed 11:11, 1:11, and 2:22 today - that's astronomically impossible!!! And it happens everyday - I do not look for it - it just happens to be these number matching up all over the place. I am noticing it a lot on this website as well...

If this is true about seeing them more than a mere occasional coincidence, and you are thinking maybe God is talking, you could probably be pretty confident HE is.

Pray about it and see what the Lord reveals. Here are the numbers you have been seeing:

5=Grace, or Gods goodness
7=Completion, perfection/seven Spirits of God (Revelation)
14=Deliverance/salvation (could mean double of God)
50=Holy Spirit

These are the common Biblical meaning of numbers. I hope this helps!

4+4+4=12=Apostalic/government/authority

when I first started to focus on god a few months ago I went on a 7 day total food fast,I wanted to know my calling,so I like the baby I was asked god to send an angel to tell me what it was if I finished.well on the 7th night I saw a book my mom had about some guy who saw angels and talked to them and stuff I dont belive him cause he said he was one of the 12 deciples in a past life.but the first time he said it ever happend was one night he felt there presence at 4:44 in the morning and it kept happening at that same time.well I finished the fast and I was trying to go to sleep cause I was bumbed out cuz I thought I was going to see an angel,I was even looking out my windows every 5 min,thats how much I belived I would,but as I lyed there out of nowhere I fell something in my room the air lifted and it felt realy holy,unlike any thing Ive ever felt,I rember saying I am not worthy,then I saw In my head a lamp or a fancie container of oil,It is hard to decribe,but it was why I new it was holy for some reason.I then was really really scared,I freaked out,and prayed that it would stop.well it did kinda. (this took place in less then 20 sec)I looked up at my tv and it was 4:44 then for about an hour after I kept geting this rushing feeling through out my body but was afraid.I eventaly went to sleep.but when I woke up I didnt know if it was real or a dream even though I rember hearing my parents geting up for work,and what was on the tv,but it is hard to describe.but it was.well thats my silly little story about how I refused an angelic visition kinda sad when I think about it.

Thanks for your interesting post! Good discernment about the author of that book. It's from the memory of a demon, that people think they lived as some one else in the past. The demon saw the past persons personal life and experiences, and communicates the deception to the person who is accepting the lie about reincarnation - it's just another trick by the enemy to take a persons focus off of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. "Man is appointed to die, but once."

Your next part could be a couple of things. You could have seen a vision, or you could have been in a trance - I have experienced that but once. All during this time you had an awesome encounter with the Holiness of God - and yes, people will be scared, and they will be confessing they are not worthy! God is that Holy, that Auspicious, that spectacular, that Powerful, and ALL THAT! (LOL) Seriously, HE is! You cannot have a close encounter of the God kind and not be touched/changed in a major way. You felt the residual glory/anointing of the Holy Spirit for an hour afterwards!

The lamp, or oil container is the answer for what the Lord is calling you to do right now - be an anointed vessel, and become like HIM - Jesus!!!

What an awesome experience Blake, cherish it, not many people experience this - not very often. Be blessed, don't doubt what you know is HIM. Accept the small things, and you will be trusted with much. Again thanks for sharing your testimony!
