The Spirit of the Sovereign God is upon me, because he has anointed me.... to set the captives free. I feel the anointing, Lord, as I pray for Bill Clinton. He is captive, a slave to sin! Set him FREE! Show him so plainly, that there is a way of escape. That he doesn't have to continue in his sexual and other addictions! SET HIM FREE! Lord, lead him to repentence and salvation! Send a HEAVY conviciton of The Holy Spirit upon him! Deal with him!

Father God, we Praise you for bringing Bill Clinton into the plan you have for his life! Lord, You have designed him with such natural Charisma, and with the ability to persuade people of things whether truth or not. Lord, we know the plans you have for him. We know that you have called him to evangelize this Nation. Lord, God, let the time appear of that entering into this calling. Lord, Open his eyes that he will see and ears that he will hear.
Enter into him Lord and go to the hurts and pains and sorrows and humiliations of his life and heal it. Open the closed doors of his heart and heal mightely his pain.
