What must I do to get saved
If you have come to this page, friend, it was probably not by accident.
Perhaps you are hurting, perhaps confused. Maybe you are ready to just end it all.
You feel like no one really knows or understands the war going on inside your heart.
I want to tell you something and I really want you to take a minute to think about it.
Jesus knows what is going on in your heart.
He knew you before you were born:
For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. (Psalm 139:13 NIV)
And he cares about you very much.
Jesus really is the only help for today's heartaches.
We try to bury them in other pleasures, sex, drinking, drugs, pornography...but there is only one solution.
Perhaps you have lead a life of sin and you have never really known the Lord. Oh, you may know about Him...
but even the demons of Hell know about Him.
I'm speaking of knowing Him... like you would know your closest friend. Whatever you are going through, Jesus has the answer.
He desires to wash away the past and make you new. He can give you a new start.
Please take a moment to read the rest of this page and let me know how you feel.
1. GOD LOVES YOU AND CARES FOR YOU
John 3:16:
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
"Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you" (1 Peter 5:7)
"Jesus
said unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, not sinners to repentance" (Mark 2:17).
"For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost" (Matthew 18:11).
2. SIN HAS SEPARATED MAN FROM GOD
Romans 3:10:
"As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one."
Romans 3:23:
"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."
Isaiah 53:6:
"All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way: and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all."
Man has chosen to disobey God and go his own way. Sin means missing the mark of perfection.
3. MAN'S EFFORTS CANNOT REPAIR THE DAMAGE CREATED BY SIN
"For we also once were foolish ourselves, disobedient, deceived, enslaved to various lusts and pleasures, spending out life in malic and envy, hateful, hating one another. But when the kindness of God our Saviour and His love for mankind appeared, He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit" (Titus 3:3-5 NAS).
Neither good works, moral lives, religion, baptism, church membership, confirmation, philosophy, can bridge the gulf which separates us from God.
4. JESUS CHRIST IS GOD'S REMEDY FOR SIN
Romans 5:8:
"But God commendeth [proved] his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Acts 13:39:
"And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses."
Ephesians 1:7:
"In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace."
Acts 4:12:
"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must saved."
Jesus Christ was the only One who ever lived a sinless life. He was willing to give His own life to pay for our sins when He died on the cross.
5. HOW TO ACCEPT GOD'S FREE GIFT OF SALVATION
Romans 10:9-10:
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
Romans 10:11-13
"For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: For the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" ().
Matthew 11:28-30
"Come unto Me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke s easy, and my burden is light" ().
Ephesians 2:8-9:
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast."
Roman 4:5:
"But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness."
Acts 16:31:
"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved."
There is nothing that you can do to earn salvation; you are saved by God's grace and grace alone. All you need do is turn to Him in faith and believe on Him. Specific words are not necessary. The following simple prayer may express the desire of your heart, but you can pray with your own words.
A Prayer for Salvation
Heavenly Father,
I come to You in the Name of Jesus.
Your Word says, "Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Acts 2:21).
I am calling on You.
I pray and ask Jesus to come into my heart
and be Lord over my life according to Romans 10:9-10.
"If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
I do that now.
I confess that Jesus is Lord, and
I believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead.
I am now reborn! I am a Christian - a child of Almighty God! I am saved! You also said in Your Word, "If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: HOW MUCH MORE shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?" (Luke 11:13).
Father I'm also asking You to fill me with the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, rise up within me as I praise God. I fully expect to speak with other tongues as You give me the utterance (Acts 2:4).
CONGRATULATIONS! You have just made the most important decision in your life! Jesus has come into your heart. He will be your best friend. Make time to talk with Him daily. Read His Word, the Bible, regularly. He will speak to your heart and lead you all the days of your life, if you continue to seek Him and let Him. Locate a strong Christian church in your community for Bible study and fellowship. And be baptized as a public profession of your new faith in God.
Begin to praise God for filling you with the Holy Spirit. Speak those words and syllables you receive - not in your own language, but the language given to you by the Holy Spirit. You have to use your own voice. God will not force you to speak.
Now you are a Spirit-filled believer. Continue with the blessing God has given you and pray in tongues each day. You'll never be the same!
ASSURANCE OF SALVATION
John 10:28:
"And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand."
John 5:24:
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation, but is passed from death unto life."
I John 5:13:
" These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life..."
All your sins have been completely forgiven. You are saved to the uttermost. The Holy Spirit, which has been given you, will never be taken away.
"If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved" (Romans 10:9).
"Who (the Father) hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son" (Colossians 1:13).
"God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7).
If you desire to be baptized, this can be administered by any born-again believer. But if you are not able to, realize that the receiving of the Holy Spirit is not contingent on baptism.
AS A NEW CHRISTIAN
Romans 5:1:
"Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ."
Romans 8:15:
"For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father."
Romans 12:1:
"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service."
Colossians 3:1:
"If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God."
Believe He will cleanse you and make you over again.
"But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the Blood of Jesus cleanseth us from all sin
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:7,9).
"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away: behold, all things are become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17).
Confess Him publicly as your Lord and Saviour.
"Whosoever therefore shall confess Me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny Me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven" (Matthew 10:32,33)
"Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God" (1 John 4:15).
"For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation" (Romans 10:10).
Trust Him with simple, child-like faith.
"And Jesus called a little child unto Him, and set him in the midst of them, and said, Verily I say unto you. Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the Kingdom of Heaven" (Matthew 18:2,3)
"But without faith it is impossible to please Him; for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him" (Hebrews 11:6).
Abide in Christ and let His Word abide in you, and His Spirit will surely produce fruit in your life. As you read the Word of God, which is your foundation, the Holy Spirit will lead you and teach you the things of Christ. Walk in the light as He is in the light. This is what it means to be in close, intimate fellowship with the Lord Jesus.

Lord, I pray even now You are saving souls as Carman prays tonight on TBN. Please let us hear a good report of many coming home to You. Please baptise each one with the Holy Ghsot and fire. Lead them to a Spirit filled church, where God is on the move!!!

Save Satanists and whitches tongiht. Let the testimony Carman gives about Shawn Sellers cause people to see the error of their ways, the evil of their ways, and may they turn to You in repentence this night. As they tune in to watch, let them be convicted that they need a Savior just as Shawn Sellers needed a Savior. Let the love of Chirst reach them as it reached Shawn Sellers. Let them cry as the love of Jesus touches them, just as Shawn cried. Please, Father, use this tesitmony of saving grace (and a warning against the occult) be used to lead witches and Satanists home to You. Thankyou for all You are doidng! Let Satan lose a good right arm tongiht!!! Arrange even now for a Satanist or witch or someone involved in any occult practice to flip on the TV and not be able to turn the dial! As Phillip Muncey prays, "Let the remote freeze (on TBN)." Let someone, with no such intention, tune in and be riveted, as the Holy Spirit deals with them. They are getting ready to go out right now...to do one of their rituals or sacrifices. Stop them cold! Hold them back by an angel of God, or two, or however many it takes against the demons controlling them. For some reason, whatever reason, let them not go out tonight. Get them to the TV, get them to TBN, to Carman's program with this tesitmony/warning about/from Shaw Sellers. Part II is coming up, so get them to that part. Or maybe they are just returning from their Halloween activities. Get them to the TV when Carman is telling the rest of the story. Use this testimony mightily. Let Shawn's life speak even beyong the grave, because now he is in glory. And let others desire to go to heaven rather than hell. Let them know they can go there, too, just as Shawn did. That Your grace is not too little to reach them. Oh, reach souls tongiht!!! Save Satanists, witches, pshychics, palm readers, fortune tellers...all occult prationers. Save any and all dabbling in any part of the occult who are watching this show. Use the Shwan Sellers story toreach many. What God meant for evil the devil meant for good!!! Thankyou, Lord, for saving and using Shawn's life. All praise and glory to You for all the souls coming home tongiht!!!

Lord Jesus I thank You for saving me and I ask that You help me lead others to that same salvation in You. Lord I thank You for the salvation of Stacey and I ask that You clear the path for her to return to a close walk with You and to remove the things from the world which have crept back into her life. Father help us to show everyone just how easy it is to be saved. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.

Lord, I pay You will save Ellen Degeneres. This is my way of saying: Stay involved in her life. Keep influencing her for good, while the devil keeps at her 24/7. Surround her by Christians, that will show her the love of Christ, rather than condemnation. Please let her have a conviciton of the Holy Spirit on her 24/7 to combat the devils plans. Let angels surround her, too, to direct her steps toward opportunities to hear the gospel. Move upon her to save her. Be at work all day long, every day. Put here on people's hearts, so they will pray, so she will have a continuous prayer covering. Do not stop, quit, or otherwise leave her alone Jesus. Bring her to You soon. Thankyou for saving her.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I ask You to save all the members of my family. Give them eyes to see and ears to hear. Open their hearts and let Your Sword go forth to prepare the New Life within them.
I ask for their sanctification and the indwelling of Your Presence for each. I ask You to teach them in their sleep, so when they wake up, they can waken to hope and love.
Thank You for answering this prayer. Amen.

Lord, I pray You will lead people here to pray this salvation prayer. Please bring the lost and hurting and sinners here to this thread that they may pray this prayer and be saved. Father God, allow and cause the unsaved to find this site and specificly this post. Let them know this is the prayer they need to pray to be born again and saved. Those You have prepared and brought to the point of salvation, bring them here so they can be led to You, Jesus, through this prayer. I thankyou, Father God, for all the salvations you are bringing through this. In Jesus Name, amen.

Father, I thank you for saving me. Oh God I can't imagine life without you. You have renewed my strength and made me anew. My heart is yours now and forever. I love you lord and praise you! Father touch every heart that comes here and anyone that may not be saved I pray the holy spirit will draw them near and they will be saved. Father I am still believing for salvation for my family (my mother, step father, sister, brother in law) I thank you lord ahead of time for what i have asked.
